depending on the track, forecast models lift this farther to the north an bring a good soaking for south jersey and delaware. this model keeps it to the south and it brings the cold front in during the afternoon that brings the chance of thunderstorms to the area tomorrow afternoon for everybody. we'll watch this morning system we how far north it gets, everybody gets in on that afternoon system, it starts to turn unsettled here, as we get into monday and tuesday, the upper level low sits on us, that brings more clouds to the area through wednesday afternoon. 10:00 a.m., we're looking at increasing clouds, it's a nice morning, the first part of the afternoon looks all right, the first system brushing the poconos and the lehigh valley, everybody's should be already. tomorrow morning we have clouds out there, again, we'll wait and see how far north the southern system gets. everybody will see showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon with the approaching cold front. some of them could be on the

police say seven people are dead and 48 injured. the three attackers dead. it began after 10:00 p.m. when a van drove on the sidewalk at london bridge plowing into pedestrians. the attackers ran away on foot targeting people at the busy bar and restaurants. >> i got all the customers, everyone to the back, i literally turned back around there was three men standing there one with a machete. >> i'm appalled and furious, that these cowardly terrorists would bother innocent londoners and bystanders. >> this morning they are scouring areas for the identity on the three men. >> all major political parties

nba finals games and "action news" at 11:00 p.m. here at home, the man police say stabbed city councilman david oh is awaiting his first court appearance. his defense is being laid out. >> reporter: 24-year-old shawn yarbrea came to the police department with his stepfather and lawyer. >> at this juncture he denies all the allegations. >> reporter: off camera, his stepfather said this is a case of mistaken identity and his stepson had nothing to do with the crime. he faces charges of attempted robbery and murder after oh was stabbed in in his home in the 5800 block of thomas avenue wednesday night. >> i was so worried about you. >> reporter: we caught up with councilman oh, where friends were stopping by to say hello.

here's the closeup shot on satellite and radar, we're clear from the virginias into new england. if you look to the left-hand side of the screen, we're picking up clouds, showers and storms will clip the lehigh valley and the poconos later this afternoon. everybody south of there should be okay. promises to be a nice finish for the jersey shore. future tracker 6, the general idea for today, increasing clouds, we'll start out with sun, high, thin clouds will build in by late morning, some of them will lower and thicken throughout the day. you'll see peeks of sunshine, but the skies will be mainly cloudy. 3:30 p.m., showers and clouds, steadier period of rain. as we advance this there could showers and brief thunderstorm overnight tonight. that takes us into monday. right now this model shows absolutely nothing for areas south of philadelphia.

several forecast models bring us farther to the north and suggests that delaware and delaware bay region could see drenching downpours. regardless of what that system does, everybody sees the afternoon system. that's the cold front dropping in. 2:00 p.m., we watch the skies from the northwest that line collapses and showers and thunderstorms develop. some of them could be on the stronger side with gusty winds and cloud to ground lightning strikes and heavy rain. in the lehigh valley and the poconos, periods of rain. everybody else increasing clouds and warming temperatures in the upper 70s. philadelphia, 82. millville, 80. allentown, 75. trenton, 77 degrees, the day planner looks like, starting out with sun increasing clouds during the day, 73 by 11:00. 80 degrees by 3:00 p.m., 82 by 5:00 p.m. up in the poconos it's gray and gloomy up there, cloudy, period of rain, thunderstorm briefly.
