sequestered jury deliberate. members of jury were bussed in from pittsburgh away from family and friends and jobs even. yesterday they told steven o'neill they were deadlocked and they were physically exhausted. the defense asked the judge to declare a mistrial. the judge denied the request and reminded the jury to do their duty to do all they could to reach a verdict. >> tip likely in a lengthy -- typically in a expensive case, the judge will send them back two times when they are deadlocked. >> the judge will continue to work as long as they can make progress. if they come back three times and they say they are deadlocked, it's harder to send them back.
