the alternates. >> you were talking about the breaking news, a 7-year-old back with her mother after a chaotic scary night. a child was in the back seat of a minivan as a repo man hooked the car and took it away even as bystanders told him to stop. katherine scott is where the police are trying to figure out why this happened. >> reporter: police are trying to figure out why t why the 7-year-old was left in the car and why the repo man couldn't see her. the attached minivan is stopped at 50th and woodland. go to video with the 26-year-old mother and child sitting together. the 7-year-old slept into the entire thing, she was not hurt. the mother told police she had to run into her job at nom
notices at are 45th and chestnut. she was inside between five to etch minutes. during that time, the tow truck driver arrived he had the paperwork to repossess the ford minivan. he hooked up the vehicle not realizing the 7-year-old girl was asleep under a blanket in the last row. the repo man said he doesn't have to get out of his tow truck to hookup the vehicle. when he looked back he didn't see anyone in the car and drove away. the owner ran out and started yelling, he thought they were lying and checked anyway once he was out of sight of them. >> everybody started screaming there was a kid in the car, i went around the corner to get out of a hostile situation, when i got out of my vehicle, i checked the car seat and the back seat and didn't see anything. >> the vehicle has tinted windows, but we're concerned why these chain of events unfolded like they did.
>> reporter: meanwhile, the mother called police, the description of the car and the tow truck went out it was stopped ten blocks later by police, an officer spotted the child. police say the special victims unit is investigating, but it's too early to know if any charges will be filed. police say both the mother and the repo cooperating with them. katherine scott channel 6 "action news." >> scary moments, thank you, katherine for that report. new details are emerging about what happened inside the jury deliberations during bill cosby sexual assault trial. a jury said two members of the jury caused a deadlock because they held out for acquittals on two of the counts. jurors spoke to abc news after the judge released the jurors' name. 10-to-convict, 2 to acquit. the juror said 10 to 2 vote was reached 30 hours after

of clean up left to do. the crash involved this pickup truck not much left of it got on 55 going southbound in the northbound lanes. it struck the dump truck which overturned. both vehicles caught fire, the fires are out, so that's a little bit of good news. there's a fuel spill and huge debris spill as you can see. it does not look like 55 northbound will be open anytime soon. the blockage point is northbound by harding highway. you want to bail at landis avenue in vineland and sea on 47, delsea drive. we've dropped into the 30s in wilmington 495 southbound, you know the reason it's construction southbound near 1st street stay on i-95 not too bad so far there this morning. this is a live look at i-95 in fishtown, the broken down vehicle is gone.

would not be charged he was cleared to remove the tow truck and the attached vehicle from where it was parked. you saw it earlier it is no longer here any more. let's go to video you can see the 26-year-old mother sitting with her 7-year-old daughter. police say it unfolded at 2:30 a.m. the mother said she had to run into her job at dominoes at 45th and chestnut. she said she was inside five to seven minutes. during that time, a repo truck driver arrived tracking the gps in the car since the afternoon. he hooked up the vehicle not realizing the 7-year-old girl was asleep in the blanket in the last row. he said the owner ran out after he hooked up the minivan. he said people were yelling there was a kid in the car, but he gets screamed at all the time. he turned the corner and got out and checked. he still didn't see her lying there.
>> they were all screaming at me, you see people screaming at me all day long, i don't take notice to it. they said there's a kid in the car. that's when i pulled around the corner. >> the tow truck driver believes he has a car on the hook, but what he doesn't realize he was a 7-year-old human body in the car which makes it a different scenario. >> reporter: but five minutes ago he towed the car from the spot. he said it was a rightful repossession and allowed to do so. the tow driver said he checked the vehicle and stopped by a penn officer on a bike who heard the call about the abduction and said he flagged down and didn't officer since he was the aware of the call that the child was abduct the in the vehicle. he said the officer checked the vehicle and spotted the girl's
leg. the repo man said he will not be charged. we don't know if any charges will be filed against the mother. the repo man and the mother were cooperating with the investigation. katherine scott channel 6 "action news." >> thank you katherine. the search for a missing swimmer will resume in mercer county this morning as a recovery mission. the 17-year-old boy is feared dead. the teen went missing in a marsh in roman park in hamilton township. he got caught you mean in a fast moving current. >> we were like this and the current was so strong it took him away from my hand. he went down and going under and gasping for air. >> yesterday was the last day of school in mercer county, but grief counselors will be made available today for students. >> montgomery county authorities are investigating an
