the cones are set up to block the on-ramp to i-95. vine street expressway was shut down overnight tore construction, westbound is reopened. eastbound we're seeing vehicles come through, as they open up the ramps and lanes. should be cleared out in a minute or two. looking outside live this is the blue route approaching the schuylkill expressway. we're dry and clear, a good start to the morning commute. construction on the ben franklin bridge westbound, so watch for this blocking two lanes until about 6:00 a.m. this morning, matt. >> thanks, karen. breaking news, portions of a home's facade collapsed this morning in the queen village section. this is a live look from the action cam along the 400 block of manton street. one person was hospitalized, but details about the injuries have not been released. here's the video nearby residents were evacuated as a precaution. it is unclear what caused the
collapse. city inspectors are now checking the rest of the home's stability. developing now, law enforcers say an 18-year-old girl was shot and killed during an act of road rage in the suburbs. chester district attorney tomorrow hogan announced that bianca nicole robberson crashed the car after she was shot in the head. sokatherine scott is live at wet goshen police with the developments. >> reporter: matt whether it was another driver who was there at the time, or somebody who might know who the man is, police are looking for tips and so is the young lady's family. let's go to the photo of 18-year-old bianca robber son. she was supposed to be heading to jacksonville, florida for orientation. instead her family is trying to come to terms with her death. on wednesday she was with the mall with her mother and
grandmother they are shopping for clothes for college. she was driving home going south on route 100 when the district attorney said she was trying to merge into a lane as a man driving a faded red pickup truck. the man pulled out a gun and shot the 18-year-old girl in the head in an apparent case of road rage. the car veered off the road and crashed. >> they were jostling for position and this man took it to degree that was uncould have-- unconscionable. >> if you see anything, call the police and tell them. that's my daughter she was 18. >> reporter: highway video shows an altercation between robberson and the man in the red pickup. the man was fleeing the scene about to get on paoli pike.
if you have any information, west chester county district office continues to investigate. katherine scott channel 6 "action news." >> a woman is recovering from a gunshot in the face. we are told that the woman was grazed by a bullet around 2:00 a.m. on the 5000 block of old york road in the logan section of philadelphia. the woman was taken to the hospital in stable condition, but so far there are no further details on who shot her or why. it is 5:06 a.m., in the space of a day, seth williams has gone from the district attorney to being a jailed inmate. the dizzying fall began after williams shocked the courtroom with an out of the blue guilty plea for one of the corruption charges against him. the surprise move came two weeks into his federal call. he faced 29 counts of accusations of illegally
septembering -- act accepting gifts for illegal favors. the judge did not trust him to show up fore sentencing. he faces up to five years in prison. a jury found a berks county pediatrician not guilty of assaulting a patient's mother. doctor was accused of attempting an indecent act with the women in front of her child during the child's pointment at lehigh -- appointment at lehigh valley hospital last year. the verdict clears the doctor of the charges. 4th of july celebrations could be on hold if the legislature does not enact a new budget. a lot of depends on creato.
