so far so good no major issues as you head out. we have an accident here, delaware avenue at marlboro street it just cleared. traffic moving better in fishtown. the vine street expressway, good shot of the roads, the vine was shut down overnight for construction, it's reopened and light volume heading out right now. we have construction blocking a lane i-95 southbound at the scutters falls bridge in trenton for the next half-hour. the area bridges in good shape, this is the ben franklin bridge light volume. a few people coming into the city. >> we have breaking news, part of a house came crashing down in queen village overnight. action cam was a live look at the damage. it's contained mostly to the first floor and the front door area, this is the 400 block of manton street. neighboring homes were evacuated as a precaution.
city inspectors are checking on the stability of this home and the surrounds home. we go on to developing news in chester county. there's a desperate search to find a driver who is armed and dangerous wanted for shooting and killing a teenager during a road rage dispute. katherine scott is live outside of west goshen police with more. good morning, katherine. >> reporter: good morning, tam, that's right, the search is on for a man who was driving a faded red pickup truck who shot and killed an 18-year-old girl in a road rage case. west goshen police and the district attorneys is investigating. the 18-year-old was heading to jackson university in florida in two weeks for orientation. instead her family is mourning the loss. family members say she just left the mall late wednesday afternoon after shopping for college cloths with her mother and grandmother. she was traveling southbound on route 100 when the district
attorney's office said bianca and a man driving a faded red pickup were merging into the same lane. they were trying trying to get o position when the man pulled out a gun and shot her in the head. family members are devastated and hoping other drivers come forward with tips. >> she was a good girl. honor role student, looking forward to going to college. >> so young to go through something like that by herself. she had to be pretty scared. >> turn yourself in now, every second you're out there, you're only making this worse for yourself and worse for this young lady's family. >> highway camera shows an altercation between the girl and the man before the crash. another photo shows the pickup after the crash fleeing the scene now on 202 about to get on

storm tracker 6 live double scan we have dry conditions this morning as we take a look outside we're looking at the airport and some clouds upstairs, but we are expecting some quick returning sunshine today and we should winds up partly sunny overall. big issues will be how the temperatures climb at the dewpoints. dewpoints, 63 degrees, a little bit humid out there. winds out of the south at 10 miles per hour. the ocean temperature, 62 off atlantic city. satellite and radar showing cloud cover kind of displaced to the north for the most part we'll winds up with a decent amount of sun and clouds. late in the day and evening we'll be watching the line of showers as it comes through our northern tier, the lehigh valley, poconos, berks county picks up that today and this evening. forecast overall sunny, hot and humid, 77 by 8:00. 81 by 10:00. we spend the afternoon in the low 90s. the high will be 792 at
3:00 p.m. not oppressive, but more humidity than yesterday. high temperatures in the low 90s from allentown to trenton to lancaster. at the shore, 81 degrees on the boardwalk in atlantic city and right on down to cape may. there's a rip current risk today it's a moderate risk swim close to the lifeguards and listen to their advice, down in rehoboth beach and delaware, because of the different orientations of the beaches, doesn't look like a big problem, but i recommend swim near the lifeguards. in terms of rain, 4:30 p.m., 5:30 p.m., you see showers and thunderstorms popping through. up until 11:00 p.m. you can see that happening in the poconos and lehigh valley and berks county. saturday morning we're dry up until 10:00, 11:00 a.m. when the models are showing you again there could be a pop-up shower or thunderstorm riding through. most of the day is dry. but at some point later in the afternoon there's another chance of a line of showers and
