from getting to this point. it's a mess, emergency crews are on the scene. if that's your ramp the one from trooper to 422. get on to 422 eastbound via 23 or the oaks interchange and egypt road. the one from trooper remains blocked. we'll keep you posted. watching a crash at water town road and moreland road. we have no overnight construction on the schuylkill expressway westbound by city avenue. they were not working eastbound, only westbound, the crews are gone, lanes are uneven you want to be aware of that. crews have cleared from the vine street expressway, reopened in both directions from the schuylkill expressway and broad street. they will return tonight at 11:00 p.m. there's a downed pole from an earlier crash blocking the white lane along white horse pike eastbound by the funeral home.

53-year-old round is facing 7 felony counts one of those including rape and voluntary deviant intercourse. he sexually assaulted two five-year-olds one a boy and one a girl. he is the owner of the sprouts preschool for one decade. authorities say the department of human services received the report of sexual abuse of the children which prompted an interview and search of the property later revealed evidence supporting the children's disturbing account take a listen. >> we did recover physical evidence on location there today after obtaining an arrest warrant the suspect surrendered at special victims. >> duncan is a great guy and loves kids this is a great place
