state manhunt radee labeeb prince has been captured. good morning, tam, radee labeeb prince is no stranger to law enforce him or the inside of a courthouse. his record contains 15 felony convictions. this morning he is back under arrest and off the streets. police say they owe that to citizens who were alert. this morning radee labeeb prince is under arrest after allegedly shooting five co-workers at a granite company in edgewood maryland and leading police on a multistate manhunt. two victims were hospitalized. >> he took off running and threw the gun and they apprehended him and recovered the gun. >> reporter: "action news" was there when they captured prince in newark. the 37-year-old ended up in delaware after driving up north to hunt down his last victim a man now identified as rashawn

ball along the northeast boulevard in wilmington. police say he knew each of his victims. with a lengthy rap sheet that includes 42 arrests and 15 felony convictions, many wonder how is it possible that he was even free to roam the streets and carry out his vendetta. >> prince is a good dude. he is not a bad guy, he did a bad thing, don't get it twisted, he did a bad thing, terrible thing, but he's not a bad dude. >> reporter: no word on what led prince to the neighborhood near glasgow high school. he is set to appear in court later on this morning. reporting live in wilmington, jeanette reyes channel 6 "action news." >> thank you for that jennette. >> reporter: breaking news out of the hunting park, a 24-year-old man made it to a friend's home after being shot only to die a short time later. the victim ran to the corner of north marshall and west pike street around 3:30 a.m.

he was shot in the chest. medics took him to the hospital. they were unable to save him. no arrests have been made in the case. neighbors are on alert as police search for a man who robbed four people at gunpoint in fairmont section around 27th street and popular street. police think the same person committed all the robberies. we'll have a live report in the next half-hour. police busted five people for stealing out of mail boxes in a philadelphia neighborhood. "action news" has the surveillance video of the crime. police arrested all five along the 7100 block of frankford avenue mayfair on tuesday. now, you can see the thieves wore reflective vests may be as a disguise. they are from new york city. they were using wire to fish mail from a mail box. 21 new surveillance cameras are going up along the schuylkill river trail from arch

>> no word this morning on what led prince to the neighborhood where he was found. we understand he is expected to appear in court later on this morning. jeanette reyes channel 6 "action news." >> thank you jennette. philadelphia are investigating two separate shootings of teenagers. the 17-year-old was gunned down in west oak lane last night. police found the boy dead on the 600 block of north 16th street. detectives have not revealed a motive. less than an hour later shooter in the grays ferry section wounded a 16-year-old boy. he was shot several times on the 1400 block of south edding street. crime spree has people in the fairmont section on alert and on edge. police are looking for a man who is the man suspect in four recent armed robberies. katherine scott is outside central detective's with more. >> reporter: central detectives

continues to investigate the case, in reach of the armed robberies, the description of the suspect is the same. police are investigating four armed robberies in the fairmont in a matter of days. the first on the 2200 block of brown street. police believe the same man struck again this time on the 2500 block of popular. then on tuesday, shortly after midnight, a gunman robbed the victim on the 800 block of north 25th street. a few minutes later on north 27th street another person was robbed. >> reporter: back in march miss mason was attacked back at 21st and brown. her assailant was never caught. >> i keep turning around and looking behind me and see if somebody is hiding between cars or coming up behind me. >> reporter: word of the robbery is spreading through the neighborhood. >> i can deal with the petty
