so proud of philadelphia for the way they always come out. >> reporter: yeah, tam that's right it's impressive to see the set up now at 4:30 a.m. it is what martin luther king day is all about what's what the organizers say, let me step out of the way so you can see what's set up right now. this is the largest event of ts kind 150,000 people will serve in two thousand projects most of which takes place in girard college. there will be workshops and job fair and local leaders will be here, governor wolf, mayor kenny, senator bob casey, he will lead volunteers in sorting out and packing food. that food will be distributed to people in need throughout hundreds of philadelphia area nonprofit organizations, all

tomorrow we are on the look out for a clipper system that will bringing snow it will be light and scoots through quickly on tuesday afternoon, tuesday night and maybe lingering into wednesday morning. what to expect for this, the main snow is at 3:00 p.m. starting out in the northern and western suburbs going until 1:00 a.m. we're looking for a coating to an inch for this, but it's enough to cause slipper travel late in the day or nighttime on tuesday or wednesday morning when there could be lingering snow showers. some of the models disagreeing with that a little bit. some has us drying out and others linger into the morning commute. all the models are in agreement with the average of one inch in philadelphia, could be up north and probably less down by the shore. the exclusive accuweather seven-day forecast, shows cold conditions today, increasing clouds for mlk day a high of 32 degrees, bundle up if you're heading outside. tuesday i have an accuweather
