warrant. we're just getting new video into the newsroom of a person of interest in a d.c. assault investigation. police want to speak to the man in the green hat. sexual assault happened march 18 on martin luther king avenue in southeast d.c. police say a victim was sexually assaulted by one person while another held the victim at gunpoint. after the assault, the suspects took personal items from the victim and ran off. it is 4:30. more pushback from neighbors ton a $60 million plan to move homeless families from d.c. shelters to around the district. d.c. mayor muriel bowser wants to close that site and move to shelters. >> this plan is fundamentally flawed. was concocted behind closed doors. it's outrageously expensive.
