up. developing this morning, search teams will will return to the shenandoah national park to look for nicole mittendorff. she disappeared last friday and her car was found at the park abandoned saturday morning. over the weekend, park police conducted both ground and air searches for mittendorff. she's married to a virginia state police officer. police say at this point there is nothing that points to foul play in her disappearance. >> our folks didn't do anything one. i mean, this was a typical check on the welfare type of call. that is prince george's county fire chief mark leshoure reacting for the first time since the department's devastating loss of a fellow firefighter. and prince george's county fire chief is talking about how he and his department are coping after a firefighter was shot and killed. the firefighter is 37-year-old john

moz r rosslyn metro station. what's the latest? >> reporter: the latest here is that there was a small track fire in between the rosslyn and foggy bottom stations. fire is now out, but service still impacted. take a look at the board here. blue line single tracking between arlington cemetery, foggy bottom. we also had other issues on the orange and stilllilver lines. so metro riders trying to figure out how they will get around the area this morning. i want to show you some of the response from the fire crews here earlier. there was a massive response here for what was a small fire. they were able to get on to the track, take care of that situation pretty quickly. but again, back out here now live, you take a look at the screen, you have issues on the blue, orange and silver lines getting through this area. riders will be single tracking through a lot of this right now. but the fire is out and hopefully i thithings start to out. for mor

lights. so now that they have their own lane and they actually get to go the wrong way in some parts which i think is cool, i think it will cut it a lot. >> drivers who use the dedicated only bus lanes can be issued a $200 fine. for other commuters there may be an slowdown because of water main repairs. paving will be through langley park starting around 9:00 this morning. you will see lane closures between piney branch road and new hampshire avenue. crews fixed a 12 inch water main that broke on saturday. and metro is shutting down one of columbia heights stations entrances to install two new escalators. the entrance on the northeast corner of 14th and irving streets will remain closed for nine months during the installation. escalators at the station's other entrances will be up and running. once it's done, all seven of the escals
replaced. still no suspect in a double shooting that left one man dead and another in critical condition in prince george's county. it happened around 3:00 a.m. sunday more than. police were called to the newbury square apartments. one of victims died. a family is left picking up the pieces after this car slammed into their apartment. this was the scene on smooth stone way montgomery village. you can see from the pictures inside here the suv slammed right into the family's bedroom. police say that two people had minor injuries. and the outside wall of the building is badly damaged. still not quite sure what caused the driver to hit the building. virginia state lawmakers are set to vote this week on a plan that would hide the identities of pharmacies that supply execution drugs. a group of religious leaders are now rallying against the plan in richmond today. when virginia lawmakers return wednesday, they will also talk
