from 9 to 12 inches in wisconsin and in new york some places picking up anywhere from a foot to a foot and a half at this plateau. we are looking at another big storm that will cause havoc for the eastern half of the country this weekend and another blast of cold air that will go as far south as dallas. we'll look at that in the next half hour. a flight from houston to germany was diverted to jfk last night after someone called in a bomb flight mid-flight. the plane landed safely, directed to a remote area of the airport. more than 500 passengers were taken by shuttle to the terminal. the plane was searched by the joint task force but nothing was found. in bakersfield, california, police shot and killed an unarmed 73-year-old man. police were responding to a call about a man with a gun when they

alirrived on the scene, a witne pointed to a man standing in the driveway. according to police, one officer fired several rounds killing that man. family members saying he was showing early signs of dementia and there was no gun discovered at the scene and unclear why that officer opened fire. once a rising star in the republican party, aaron schock and his legal team say they are confident he will be exxon wa waited. -- exonerated. >> reporter: moments after pleading not guilty to all corruption charges against him, aaron schock outside a federal courthouse monday. >> i have full confidence in my legal team, full confidence in the people of this community and full confidence in the end justice will prevail. >> reporter: a grand jury handed up a 24co

>> good morning, hoda. dalia dippolito could have taken the stand in her own defense. when it came down to that critical decision, the thundershower-year-old decided to remain silent. instead, she and her legal team hope that the jury focuses on what they call police misconduct. 34-year-old. this morning, 34-year-old dalia dippolito's fate rests with six florida jurors. if they want those juror can again review the police videos of dalia dippolito allegedly hiring a hit man or later burs bursting into tears when police told her, her husband was murdered even though he was very much alive. at the last moment the jump allowing this video into the case. as the jury knows the husband's death was fake, set up by cops. prosecutors allege dippolito's crime was all an act but the video recorded by the

couch and in the corner. overall pretty clean. the maker telling us the 980 is their most advanced and effective robot to date. dyson telling nbc news at this stage it has not been engineered to clean specific sections of the room including designated spillage. dyson calls it a maintenance cleaner and advises people to tuck away carpet fringes and generally clear the floor area, adding dyson engineers are continuing to improve it. the battle of the box to save you time and grime. by the way,s the robotic vacuums don't come cheap. the dyson 360i costs nearly 1,0 $1,000, the roomba 980 nearly 9 $900. >> it takes so much time to clean a room even if you get the right one. 92 they're loud like a vacuum when you're there in person. the key is to leave and go to work and come home and hope for
