live in franklin julia fello todays tmj four. a fire destroys an apartment building in sheboygan falls. the people inside made it out safely. michele fi george and carole, it's not a happy day here on happy lane just off highway 32. the eight units in this building have heavy smoke and water damage throughout, and it was a challenging sunny day where firefighters dealt with a heat index at 90 degrees this afternoon flames quickly turned this into a four alarm fire, bringing a large response of firefighters to the scene from

when it happened, and she got out safely. but i'm told a cat did perish in the fire. neighbors tell me it started before noon. many rushed home after hearing about it. as they sat together, consoling each other, it was clear everyone was thankful that no one was hurt. milwaukee county is considering a proposal where people would pay a fee--that would make up for lost revenue from the sale of o'donnell park. that's not a real good idea because we have a lot of low income people that come down and enjoy the lake and i think that would discourage them from doing so the meeting starts at 5:30 at the washington park senior center. and tonight at six-- we'll look at other county park amenities that could see an increase in fees. new at five-- a complete rebuild of a road is in the home stretch. with traffic access limited... it's been a long summer for business owners. they are now looking forward to the completed project. pete zervakis reports from wauwatosa. the business community here in the tosa village says the construction has - at times - made for a tough summer nats truck state street through the village is very busy today. but it's not the kind of traffic business owners like. the street remains closed

directions of the harmonee bridge in tosa to one lane for the next four to five weeks. commuters are urged to find an alternate route. the ramp from i-94 eastbound to i-41 northbound will close monday morning. it will be replaced with a new ramp currently under construction. it's part of the zoo interchange project. the new ramp is expected to be completed by late spring of 2017. decision 2016 coverage nowa new marquette university law school poll released today. democrat hillary clinton now has a double digit lead over republican badger state. charles benson takes a look at the numbers-- hillary clinton is up 10 points with registered wisconsin voters. 46-to 36 over donald trump. it jumps to 15 points with likely voters - meaning those who say they are certain to vote - 52 to 37 percent. the double digit lead comes with just 90 days until the election. clinton's lead is up from last month. but about one in ten voters say they wont

injury while in police custody. a woman rescued from her burning home. the fire spotted los angeles police officers. the front door was blocked by a washing machine, and metal bars covered the only window the woman could use to escape. fire fighters used a saw to cut the bars over the window. the woman was able to climb out.
