breaking news now - a federal judge has overturned the murder conviction of brendan dassey. steve chamraz is live in the newsroom with this breaking news now... charles and shannon...this is the first domino to fall as a result of the "making a murder" phen.. documentary highlighting percieved flaws in the murder trials of steven avery and brendan dassey.u-s magistrate william duffin issued this 90-page ruling within the last hour.he says brendan dassey should be released from prison within the next 90 days -- unless the state of wisconsin wants to give him a new trial. dassey was convicted in 2007 -- for his role in the murder of theresa halbach.he was 17 years old when found guilty and sentenced to life in

now to your olympic update.... yet another pool has turned a deep, bright green. this time, it's the water polo pool. olympic diver tom daley tweeted out this picture of the pools side by side on tuesday.... when the diving pool turned green. rio organizers apparently ran out of some of the chemicals used in the water treatment process. they claim a sudden change in al-kuh-linity is the culprit and there's no risk to the athletes. but atheltes complained about their eyes stinging after swimming in the water just the more problems for the rio olympics today when the much anticipated track and fields events began to a near empty stadium...and e games' spokesman said: 'we have a problem.'pictures from rio show the stadium largely empty of fans. the olympics have been plagued by a lack of interest from the brazilian public, security fears - which may have prevented an influx of american fans and others from traveling to the games. taking a look at you medal count this afternoon, the u-s
