also underway on the city's north side.police say the child was found unresponsive after being put down for a nap by his mom.officials say this is the ?third two-year-old to die in the city within the last ten days. a northern illinois man accused of killing a 14- year-old girl back in 1997 is due in court for a motion hearing later today.thirty-six- year-old james eaton is accused of killing amber creek and leaving her wildlife preserve in the town of burlington.eaton faces charges of first degree intentional homicide and hiding a corpse. now to the healing in sherman park where sylville smith will be laid to rest later today. smith was shot and killed by a milwaukee police officer nearly two weeks ago. more than 30 faith leaders have promised to be there. funeral services will begin at noon. the reverend jesse jackson is expected to deliver the eulogy. join us tonight for a special

asking people who live in those areas to be aware of their surroundings and report any suspcious activity.police say all seven robberies happened between one and four in the morning. a 57-year-old man is in the hospital this morning after a house explosion in near madison last night.authorities there say three homes in fitchburg have major structural damage.twenty-three other homes have minor to moderate damage.both the american red cross and the salvation army are assisting. authorities have not said caused the blast. democratic presidential nominee hillary clinton is the one firing the shots at donald trump.. criticizing him for embracing radical elements. clinton said trump has a history of racial discrimination and a subscriber to conspiracy theories.hillary clinton is taking a break from the campaign trail until an appearance in cincinnati next week. donald trump is taking to twitter to respond to clinton's comments.trump

small plane they were in crashed into a house in indiana last night.officials report the plane was trying to land at an airport near terre haute.it reportedly clipped a tree before slamming through the roof of the house.the two people had to be pulled out of the plane.no one was inside the home at the time. officials in arizona think a water-main break is to blame for a sinkhole that swallowed this bus yesterday.a spokesman for the water department admits the pipes date back to 1954.the driver was the only one on the bus at the time and walked away untouched. passengers waiting for the bus to arrive were able to take the next one. a family dog is unharmed after a roof collapsed while its owners were away.south saint louis firefighters rescued "king" who was inside a kennel on the second floor. firefighters pulled the lab out of a second floor window. they say they're happy to be able to save a life that can't be easily replaced.
