more local news now.students will be able enjoy playtime before the snow falls at horace mann elementary school in west allis.this morning volunteers started building a new,improved playground and the plan includes finishing the playground in sterling has the story. teachers and volunteers are unloading playground equipment at horace mann elementary. all that equipment is going here. it doesn't look like much now--- but soon it will look like this and the kids at horace are eager they are very excited they want to see more pictures of it. they can't wait to come out.horace already has a playground but it's tiny and not suitable for all the students. with the
