before driving home. we're waiting to hear the condition of a driver that had to be rescued from a car last night in grafton. fire officials say two cars were involved in a crash. one driver was able to walk away. the other had to be flown to the hospital. officials are investigating a cause. a vigil is being held to today for the little boy who was beaten and starved to death. the local chapter of guardians of the children will be outside trevion winningham's home ... where the seven year old lived. mary martinez and etter hughes have been charged in his death. according to a criminal complaint ... martinez routinely beat trevion, and refused to let him eat. hughes accused of failing to stop the violence. a kenosha health center could face a federal investigation, if the city council gets its way.it comes after the kenosha community health center- a private company- chose not to appear in front of the city council.the executive director says they aren't required to answer questions in a public
