up so we will see the temperatures drop into the teens. the air we are drawing from is up in canada where it is 29 below 0 in fort smith. temperatures here, 25 milwaukee, 26 port washington, 21 in waukesha but the winds are still strong. 14 miles per hour in wash saw, 13 in mick and racine and the wind chill is 14 in milwaukee and 7 in geneva. you see the cloud line dissipating and breaking up as it moves from north to south. we had a few flurries earlier. here is the low pressure system for saturday and sunday pushing in across the intermountain region giving them the snow right now. how much snow saturday night into sunday with round one? 3-4 inches in most locations including milwaukee and waukesha
and walworth and if you are going to the west. a little trough that pushes through overnight tonight generated those flurries earlier is out of the picture. we get some sunshine and breaks in the clouds tomorrow. on saturday, watch the clouds quickly spread in and by about 5:00-5:30 the snow spreads in continuing on into saturday night and more snow into sunday. for tonight, party cloudy skies, 17 and then 20 at the lake shore. wind chills close to 0 at times. breezy, cold and party cloudy tomorrow and 24 with wind chills around 10 and right into saturday we start seeing clouds, light snow developing after 4:00-5:00 high of 24 and mostly accumulating snow coming saturday night into sunday mor morning. more snow develop late sunday and overnight sunday into monday a couple more inches possible.

[ applause ] i heard about a new literary app that will actually send you full-length books via a series of texts. seems like an interesting idea. in fact, they've even updated some classic books to sound more like text messages. >> steve: really? >> jimmy: yeah, take a look at this. first one's from "moby dick." it says, "call me.

went to the garden, it's right down the street. madison square garden, they always treat me great. they're very nice over there. and they're playing the cavs. [ cheers ] yeah, and it was a close game. they only lost by like 45 points. [ light laughter ] anyways, i'm there and i -- they sit me courtside, which is wild. that's amazing. right there, you see how just giant these athletes are. it's amazing sitting there. i go, "wow, this is so good." jumbotron, you know, if you're sitting courtside. so i'm sitting there, i go -- and i see the cameras. they go,weut you up." there's three cameras, so you know you're gonna be on. so i go, "hey," i'm waving at the jumbotron, smiling. [ light laughter ] you know, and you do whatever, and so you hope don't get booed, you know. and so you just do it. so i do that, great. and then i get an e-mail from my wife. she goes, "i saw you on the -- at the game. i saw you on the thing. you looked cute. i think you have a little pepper in your teeth."
lee and i go, "do i have pepper?" and he goes, "oh my god, yeah. sorry." [ laughter ] only your wife would notice. i go, "i was just on the jumbotron." [ light laughter ] the biggest screen, and all these people, and i'm waving into the camera. it's on msg, and everyone's watching the cavs play the knicks, you know. and i go -- also, you can't have food at the garden that will give you pepper. it's hot dogs and chicken tenders and fries, so that means fatty ate a taco on the way over to the seat. the garden, that's five minutes away. [ laughter ] "jimmy fallon there clearly doesn't floss bere totally embarrassing. but it was really cool, they took care of me. we had some cool news here today, guys. one of my all-time favorites, tom petty, just announced that he's going back on tour with his band, the heartbreakers. "you should be loved, and" -- and she's like -- [ unwrapping ] [ laughter ] and i go, "oh, my gosh." i go, "i'm gonna say something. i'm gonna freak out." so i look over -- i mean, you're there, billy joel is here, tommy mottola is right behind me, and, i'm like, just rvous. and she'doing this, and i go -- and she puts her hd out, and she goes, "do you want an altoid?" [ laughter ] because she can't hear. she can't hear, so she's yelling loudand i go, "shush.
and then i go, "how did you make that much noise with an altoid that comes in a tin -- it comes in a tin container?" [ laughter ] "what were you unwrapping?" "i put it in a zip lock bag." [ cheers and applause ] congratulations on that. so much work goes into those things. >> yeah, a lot, a lot. >> jimmy: i mean, how long have you been working on the script and -- >> well, for years. i mean, we -- i always felt it would be a wonderful musical. and, like, 15 years ago, i -- or even more, i asked chazz to, you know, what'd he think, blah, blah, blah. he had some -- some -- a a musician had written some stuff, and it sounded bad, and so i just let it go. i never thought that -- i just let it go, foolishly. >> jimmy: yeah.
jane rosenthal and chazz were sitting around, and we were saying, "let's do it." you know? "let's" -- a so w an? then we're trying to figure that out and finally -- >> jimmy: you cracked it. >> we figured it out. >> jimmy: you cracked it. it's great. congrats on that. also, you have a movie called "the comedian" out, which is great. you play a struggling comedian that was a -- you had a hit sitcom. and now he's just kind of a a struggling comedian doing all the clubs around here. at governors, you do -- i know that you're at the friars club, know, i'm a friar. >> yeah. >> jimmy: i'm a member, yeah. yeah. >> i've seen you there. >> jimmy: yeah, yeah, exactly. [ light laughter ] but you -- i saw you in some interview, and you said that you asked a lot of comedians for advice and stuff like that -- >> yeah. >> jimmy: and how to do standup, which is funny, because i never got to -- [ laughter ] >> you never -- i never called you. sorry. >> jimmy: yeah, you never called me, nor e-mailed, your agent, nobody. yeah, nobody at all. even when i saw you, you go, "yeah, bye." [ laughter ] it was actually, you went out of your way to not ask me. >> now i remember because we were talking, and you said, "is
>> jimmy: exactly, yeah. >> and i said, "no, no." >> jimmy: "no, no, nothing at all. leave me alone." yeah. >> no, but i of course would have asked you if i -- i don't know, if i ever, if we ever -- >> jimmy: oh, come on. i love the friars club so much. all the writers here at the show are members of the friars club. in fact i'm on the menu of the friars club, if you look down here. jimmy fallon's favorite chicken chow mein -- [ light laughter ] and that's pretty -- and that's major league. i don't see -- i don't see your name on this thing. >> it's very, very hard, and i worked with jessica kirson and lewis friedman -- >> jimmy: oh, yeah. >> and with jim norton, and they were great. but it's -- it's much harder than, well, you know, than you would think, and -- >> jimmy: well, basically, what happens is you get heckled by some guy. >> yeah. >> jimmy: and he's got a camera on you. >> well that and the story, yeah. >> jimmy: yeah, and then you punch this guy because you're robert de niro, and that's what you do. >> no, no. >> jimmy: but you're the character, eddie. so - out, and it goes viral. >> yeah. i mean, that's the character, whatever, he -- i mean, i was actually told by the comedians that i talked with, jessica, lewis freedman, and jim, i think, and others that -- that doesn't happen often. to get to that point would really be not a stretch, but something like that. but that's the story, and that's how we wanted to -- we had to try and make that work
so hopefully, we -- >> jimmy: i've seen that, i've seen that. >> you've seen -- yeah. >> jimmy: i saw one. there was a ventriloquist with a puppet, and the guy got in a a fight with the puppet.
