the county board will vote on a policy change this morning requiring outside investigations for all in- custody deaths.right now state investigations for deaths involving law enforcement officers... but not jail officers. it's important to note... if the resolution passes it would apply to the house of corrections... but the board does ?not have power to require action from the sheriff's office regarding the jail. the proposal comes after 4 deaths at the county jail this year... one of them the medical examiner ruled a homicide. milwaukee police are still investigating that incident.... the other investigations are being conducted by the sheriff's it's hard that he's gone. for me, lakeland football, lakeland university, it's hard. you know we are a big family, students at lakeland university heartbroken this

going to use new d-n-a testing technology in hopes of solving the 20-year-old jonbenet ramsey case. boulder's district attorney says any new results will only be significant if they can be matched with other evidence authorities already have. jonbenet's body was found the day after christmas ten years ago, in the basement of the family's home in boulder.no one has ever been charged in the case. the new evidence evaluation will take place at the colorado bureau of investigation's new dna facility, set sheriff clarke is invited to testify before the milwaukee county board of supervisors' judicial committee this morning to talk about pending lawsuits..the lawsuits were filed by families of two of the inmates who died at the jail this year... including the family of terrill thomas. the medical examiner's office ruled his death a homicide caused by dehydration.the milwaukee police department is conducting the criminal investigation--the ?sheriff's?
