in defense of its owner or against a tresspasser. a disturbing story developing out of ohio this morning. police have shot and killed a man with a machete after he attacked several people at a restaurant. it happened thursday evening in the northeast part of columbus. four people are in the hospital. one in critical condition. the man ran from the restaurant, but was cornered by police. right now, investigators say this was likely a random attack. today a pasco county mom is outraged after her 7 year old autistic son... in special needs classes... is handcuffed at his school. sande butler plans to sue the district... and deputies... after she says the school resource officer cuffed her son, allen, leaving marks on his wrists and body. then, took him to be involuntarily commited at a mental health facility.

republican front republican front runner donald trump is bringing his campaign to the tampa bay area. he'll be at the u- s-f sun dome tonight at 7. doors open at five. free tickets are still available, but there is a charge of 20 dollars per vehicle for parking. trump is coming off of a major win in the new hampshire primary. just into our newsroom.. the world health organization says vaccination for the zika virus are still 18 months away from trials and maryland now has its first confirmed case. there are now 18
