fbi made another announcement about her e-mails. james comey says the agency is still not recommending charges against clinton after reviewing newly discovered e-mails. janet reno, the first woman to serve as u.s. attorney general has died. her god daughter says she died from complications of parkinson's disease. the miami native was one of the clinton administration's most prominent figures. she ran for governor in florida in 2002 but lost. she was 78 years old. officials are working hard to learn more about information about al qaeda's preelection terrorist attack threat. u.s. intelligence experts alerted joint terrorism task forces that al qaeda could be planning attacks in three states today. this morning the fbi is looking at the credibility of that threat. sources tell cbs news the threats are -- 10 news political analyst says don't let that threat stop you from going about your day. >> i think people will have to

but then to go about their daily business like we always do in america and go out and do the things we would be doing and not let this stop them from voting and casting what we hold as dear to our hearts in a democracy and that's our vote. >> the threats are vague and there are no specific targets. either way people in new york, texas and virginia will be ramped up security today. 6:05 is the time. this has people on edge. the search continues for three suspects who held up different internet cafes in citrus county. here's a map of the area we're talking about. this happened at the flamingo internet cafe and then the extreme internet cafe next door. the suspects had on hoodies, masks and gloves. an armed employee fired shots at one of them who grabbed a customer and used her as a human shield. he eventually let her go and thankfully no one was hurt. this is pretty scary. health officials say 13 cases

gungal infection have been reported. we don't know if they were because of the infection. the other cases are still under investigation. the cdc says the bug is spreading in hospitals and other care facilities. it's working on preventing the spread of all fungal infections. heads up as you get ready for the holiday shopping season. toys r us are going to be open 30 hours straight. you can start shopping after you finish dinner on thanksgiving. stores open thursday and they won't close until 11:00 p.m. on black friday. they are hoping to see more business on thanksgiving since a lot of stores have pledged to stay closed on the holiday. it's starting to look like christmas at walt disney world. mickey's very merry christmas party kicks off today. if you haven't been before, there is live entertainment and you have a great fireworks display. now this will cost you $86 for a ticket and keep in mind that

traditions of thanksgiving. the macy's thanksgiving parade. that parade is a couple weeks away. the preparations are underway right now. >> hundreds of volunteers were training throughout the weekend, just doing a run through almost to make sure everything is a success when it comes time for the parade on thanksgiving day. the volunteers had a dress rehearsal. the goal is to walk through everything. the balloons are a center piece. they want to make sure everything is right. there are 70 people as each balloon. each of them holds a line which is either wound up or down to keep the balloon steady and to keep the crowd safe. >> what's it like? >> it's pretty amazing. different than what i thought. it's awesome. >> some people say the most challenging balloon to handle includes charlie brown and a troll. now this is the 90th annual thanksgiving day parade. to be a volunteer you have to work for macy's or be sponsored by an employee. i would imagine that's kind of

week. so we're going to see that subtropical jet parked over us. we're getting the high, thin clouds. until we head into wednesday and that's when our next front comes through. that will bring cooler temperatures for the second half of the week and behind it it's going to dry us back out, but out in front of it it we are going to be watching for some rain chances. here's what's going on. we'll see the frontal boundary coming through. we're also tracking cluster of unsettled showers and maybe a few thunderstorms out in the gulf of mexico the east. now the latest models, not as aggressive in terms of getting a lot of rain in here. we will likely see showers, especially for our western areas if you're close to the beaches you're likely going to get showers. maybe even a couple of rumbles of thunder out of this. not expecting severe weather this time around. thursday that frontal boundary will be sinking through, allowing for a nice weekend. as i mentioned, the rainfall totals are not going to be that

in here where we pick up a quarter to a half inch in some spots. then the weekend arrives. while we have cloud cover out there, it's going to be gorgeous overall. no rain chances. it's going to be pretty. we'll get breaks from the clouds and then we're forecasting some comfortable temperatures. actually right around normal. so our average temperature for this point in the year is about 80 degrees. we'll be there as we look ahead toward the weekend. even out ahead of that on friday we start to cool things down for veterans day. election day tomorrow, no we'll see temperatures in the 80s and then we're tracking the rain chances wednesday. largely during the late afternoon and early evening. even though it's quiet wednesday, make sure you grab the umbrellas. you can get weather updates on the road with our radio partners. a crazy rescue out of alaska you have to see this morning. >> a woman helped save an ice

>> people say they were terrified as their homes started to shake and the ground rumbled. this hit near an area of cushing, oklahoma. about 50 miles or so just northeast of oklahoma city. we've been hearing more about some of the damage that has been happening. getting some more of those reports overnight about exactly what this looked like. >> a lot of people have been talking about this on social media. a lot of the damage they have seen and really just about the fact they've seen so many of these effort quakes. there have been thousands of earthquakes in oklahoma which is strange. >> i've been trying to load the pictures for you. these quakes have been happening year after year. they have caused a lot of damage. the latest earthquake happened just 25 miles from the original quake location. this has been a huge issue for people that live there in oklahoma. so what do all these quakes have in common with last night's quake? nearly all of them have been

injection of waste water left over from oil and gas production. cushing bills itself as the pipeline cross roads of the world. all of that oil production may have a dangerous effect in oklahoma. buildings in downtown cushing are crumbled. the roofs of homes are caved in. people feel uneasy. >> the whole house shook and moved for maybe about three, four minutes. >> i swear it looked like the ceiling was about to collapse. the walls were shaking. the ceiling scary. still shook up about it. >> nick tanner the man you just heard from rushed outside just seconds before part of his apartment roof caved in. nobody in cushing was seriously hurt. now this is pretty incredible, guys. people felt this earthquake as far away as kansas city. we had people feeling it in had oklahoma city. we had them in texas. illinois. all over. i mean that just shows you how strong this was. they really felt their homes

got up at 2:30 so he could come out here, get in this line to get his chance to see donald trump speak. i just talked to another group of people right here who said they drove nine hours for their chance to see and hear donald trump. the question is is that type of support, this very loyal support that donald trump seems to have, is that going to be enough to help him win florida? the race is very, very right now. the race is just too close to tell. whether you want a trump victory or clinton victory, it could be up to you. your vote could be the one that makes the difference. if you're thinking your vote will not count, this should be your warning to reconsider.

6:00. parents, we have an important recall to pass along this morning. this is about something you could have in your house. ikea is recalling 29 million of the chests and dressers. this comes after the fourth reported death of a 2-year-old child. an unanchored dresser tipped over and trapped the child. the company is offering refunds and they also are offering repair kits. more trouble for samsung this morning. samsung is recalling nearly 3 million top load this move follows reports of injuries caused by the top of machines detached during use. so here's what you want to do. check with samsung to see if if their washer is involved. the company is offering repairs, refunds. it's the latest blow to samsung. reports of overheating and fires. we have that information for you on this is an incredible rescue story out of alaska.
