andia what you can tell us. >> earlier this month, april 8 a 7-year-old girl was shot on hartford street not far from the 7th street police district station and she was walking home from dinner with her family when she was shot. just very dissturk news. police did tell us they arrested 27-year-old michael wiggins in connection with that shooting and on tuesday, police source confirmed to us there's a warrant out for arrests of wiggins sister according to a police report four days after the 7-year-old was shot wiggins broke into someone's apartment along with cousin daen not know the woman and the female victim was attacked as the second suspect dragged the young son out his room beating him while they say he outed his brother and the victim's 2-year-old son woke up from the commotion and was hit
