are dealing with this flooding in louisiana. more than 60,000 homes damaged. 13 people have died. yeah. and then there are the 106,000 survivors who have filed for emergency aid so far. but, humans are not only ones dealing with this devastation animals are affected too. and fox 13's jen epstein is here now with one little girl's offer to help. hey jen, yeah. this is a really sweet, extra special good day good deed. local animal lover so heartbroken by flooding in louisiana, s up concert tickets to help animals in need. katie is a senior plant high school. here she is with 7-year-old malady yoshi. she's true animal lover. when she heard humane society. taking 18 dogs she wanted to help. katie and her mom are donating blankets and food to the animal shelter this weekend. but they also want to make monetary donation.
