from the helicopter that crashed in the rural area. i want to give you a look at the scene now. that is what remains of a 1974 helicopter that was flown by a company that does defense contracts for the government and aerospace industries. it was around 1:45 this afternoon. witnesses say they saw the helicopter flying in what appeared to be making turns before the crash on to the ground. and a worker reported seeing the chopper crash hard after losing altitude at a rapid rate. >> it was about 500 feet. it came down harder it did not appear to be in distress.
