a terrible story a manhunt under way for two people who robbed and murder ad convenience store employee. and we have surveillance video of killers. you can see the two men running away from the qp convenience store on north scenic highway. i'm waiting for it. see what i see here. this was around 2 o'clock, 2:30 this morning. police say that thieves attacked mohammed as he was locking up the store then car. they forced 48-year-old to take his pants off before shooting him. detectives say he only had his personal belong things on. nothing else anyone with information about the this murder is asked to call the heartland crime stoppers. a horrific accident from overnight. four cars involved, 5 people have died. including several children. fox 13's shayla reeves has been following the story all morning long.

that children were involved here. shayla, good morning. yeah, good morning to you, laura. we have learned that two children did not survive their injuries after a crash that killed in total five people here off dr. martin luther king, jr. boulevard. >> according to florida highway patrol a driver lost control immediate sun and struck two other vehicles. debris landed on an additional vehicle. according to authorities. that driver has been identified as 22-year-old pablo cortez the third of brandon. he and his passenger 19-year-old jolie of lithia did not survive. a mini van carrying 39-year-old and four children caught fire in this crash. she and two of those children died.

hospitalized. and another driver is in the hospital with serious injuries. so far investigators have not said if speed played any sort of factor in this case. but they have said that alcohol is not believed to be a factor in this case. it's unclear what may have caused the driver to lose control behind the wheel. but certainly, several families trying to make sense of what happened overnight. trying to deal with events that transpired certainly trying to make sense and be with those who remain hospitalized after this multi vehicle crash here off dr. martin luther king, jr. boulevard last night. all right, shayla, thank you. russell. >> 9:04less earlier a car crashed into home off lutz lake fern road in heritage harbor parkway. driver maxwell trent holloway died. we which don't know if they were any other passengers in car or not. or what caused this driver to

>> that is something isn't it recently a lot of talk about the flying with service animals what constitutes service animals we've seen everything from pigs to goats to horses. but, it is a true problem. and today american airlines is being sued by a veteran who tried to travel with her service dog. this is lisa mccombs her service dog jake. lisa serve two tours in iraq afghanistan honorably discharged in 2009. shortly after that she was diagnosed with ptsd. eventually she got jake. and jake recognized when lisa has high anxiety or a panic attack is coming. he will rub himself against her to distract her from the causes of all of her worries and her fears. and calm her down. well in the lawsuit mccombs says she tried to board a flight in manhattan, kansas was denied because of jake. even though few days earlier she had flown to kansas without any

year. really an ode to law enforcement mere quite an effort by everyone here in ocala in marion county to actually preserve this piece of history the original house was sight of good versus evil battle between ma, bahher and her son fred and f.b.i. agents. they were killed in the house during a 4-hour stand off with f.b.i. and local law enforcement on january 16th, 1935. this house has been off limits to the public. it has hidden away here on property. to actually preserve the home was under way. so about 2 tli thousand dollars to actually preserve the house as you're looking at this live they are spinning it around here on platform. going to take about a half hour for it to float across lake were to its new location about two-mile trek for house. quite an effort by everyone involved here. and the as well county very excited to preserve this piece of history. lots of folks out in boats here this morning watching this all

close to 80 degrees in west palm. as our winds begin to shift a bit, get more out of say easterly direction. we will stoort warm it up again. and like yesterday, get right back up into the mid 80s. which is fine. dew points measuring 62. 63. i like that. because as long as they can stay in the occasionally in mid 60s we're good to go. i don't see a south or southwest wind in our future near future, excuse me. that means humidity stays in check. and while every deay is what we call seasonably warm humidity will stay moderate. now could there be a random isolated sprinkle east of tampa, say in polk county? yeah. but rain chances are less than 10 percent. it will stay that way for next several days. as overall weather pattern stays the same. i don't see any big cold fronts in near future.

now. himes southbound lanes closed from spruce to arch. also forcing the closure of that left lane on the southbound exit coming off 275 on to himes. where they don't want to get drivers coming off interstate turning south where closures happening. this is an extension of a project that was supposed to wrap today in south tampa. macdill closed between gandy and fair oaks avenue for that sewer construction, that's going to be extended until tomorrow. prince's estate a judge will not allow a woman and girl who claim to be a niece and grand niece to get any of his money. judge ruled yesterday saying they are not blood related bcause their father was not biologically related to prince's father. they were part of what they like to call the family we choose. the woman's father was like a brother to prince but without a will and no blood there's no claim. prince estate said to be worth anywhere 100 to $300 million.
