72 minutes bearss to i-4 usually sitting 25-30 minutes typically this time of morning. very, very large delays. veteran's expressway or southbound 75 to westbound 74. these major road ways are clear. we want to get to manatee county. heavier delays which continue to grow, southbound 75 north of university parkway. southbound direction. developing in baltimore, three died, many more hurt after a school bus hits a city bus head on. baltimore police department says the officers are trying to process the information. they can't say if there were children on the school bus.

investigate. what do we know so far? >> reporter: good morning, laura. i have been in communication with a spokes person for the hillsborough county sheriff's office. detectives will be meeting to discuss when and where to continue their search. less than 12 hours, little more than 12 hours now after receiving the report that 38-year-old william morris of riverview could not be found. i want to the area we are talking about. according to the hillsborough county sheriff's office, they searched by air and water with the help of florida fish and wildlife commission. everyone trying to find any sign of 38-year-old william morris.

that means somebody comes in, i want my baby to be born on this day or c-section scheduled for that day. we have a reduction there. we have seen increases in some of the prematurity secondary to other things, dieabetes and hypertension. on the bottom area, you are seeing a score or a rank. that has to do with disparities. they want different racial and ethnic groups with the other groups, worst to the best. when that number is widened, that means not everybody is getting the same level of care. as you can see, laura, florida did pretty well as far as that assessment went. >> clearly these are important numbers to know.
