demanding money, and cigarettes. the men even had employees empty their own pockets. if you know anything about this give police a call. clean up of the the runaway military problem in a north central pennsylvania town continues. state police officers say they have used shotguns to help deflate army surveillance blimp that broke free from a maryland military base on wednesday and traveled 150 miles north, into pennsylvania, officials say it is still deflating and that could take another day or so. what a sight that was, knocked out power the whole way up into pennsylvania. in delaware, wilmington police are looking for a man who sexually assaulted a a young woman in an alley. >> lets get out to steve keeley with more at the wilmington police department with more on this story. >> reporter: you will not stand down this week with the halloween mask on and this guy had a clown mask on in the middle of the day so nobody thought anything sinister at the time. right at 12:30 in the lunch hour an 19 year-old woman told her dad she was going to the local convenient store near their home at washington and
third streets in wilmington when this guy in the clown mask attack her. here's her father describing what happened. his voice is altered. we are not showing his face to protect his daughter's identifity. >> in the alley, took her clothes off and raped her. he pulled her in the alley by her hair and he hit her. she was screaming. but he grabbed her, put his hand over her mouth. unaudible. >> reporter: well, wilmington police will run dna tests and because of the mask, all they have is that it is a hispanic male between 5 feet five and 5 . so, be on the look out with you to tell you to be on the look out for people wearing halloween masks the the day before halloween is really putting a very big description
