accident that left behind a fuel spill that involved a tour bus this morning. all of the headlights here westbound on 76, right before 202 in king of prussia, only one lane is opened as we are trying to mop up what is left of the fuel spill. on the freeway coming in towards philadelphia the headlights toward the walt whitman bridge. we have that construction zone, over there and just keep in mind every night or so they shuffle a lane or two around. they are working on 95 both at girard and at cottman avenue all this week. keep that in mind, during midday and overnight. bridges are fine. mass transit a has no delays. two people in the hospital after jumping from windows after escaping a fire in west oak lane this happened 3:30 this morning on the 7800 block of mitchnor avenue. victim has minor injuries. fire was placed under control after 20 minutes. police in new jersey are investigating a a stabbing at a high rise apartment complex. >> sabina kuriakose live at the scene in collinswood,

sabina, good morning. >> reporter: good morning. investigators are here on the scene late in the night and into this morning, in fact, they have just left a short time ago. this is a building c of the heights apartment complex along west browning road just off of white horse pike. huge high rise complex we counted ten floors here. around 10:30 police say at least one person was stabbed inside of the building. that victim was rush to the hospital critically hurt. we don't have word on their condition as of this morning. we have reached out to police and the prosecutor's office. we're told prosecutor's office will be releasing more information about this alleged stabbing later today. coming up, we will talk about the security measures that the apartment complex says it has in place here in the lobby coming up, guys, back to you. thanks very much. this happened in the last hour a barricade situation in overbrook ended just before 4:00 in the morning. is a bean, thank you. philadelphia police tell us that this all started as a

domestic dispute on a home on north 63rd and west jefferson street right around 12:30 last night. this lasted for three and a half hours. two adults and two juvenile where is inside at the time. there was a weapon inside. one person has been taken in custody. we are following the story for you. this story breaks your heart. man is accused of killing his girlfriend's two-year old son and today that allege killer will face the judge. >> authorities say zachary tricoche beat the toddler inside a pennsauken home over the weekend. dave, good morning to you you. >> reporter: good morning to you. halls of justice here in camden city will see 24 year-old zachary tricoche, as he is arraigned on murder charges this afternoon in the death of his girl friend's two-year old boy. a wrapper from a suctioned catheter was all that was left from the scene in the home in the 5900 block of mason boulevard, mansion boulevard i should say in pennsauken, new jersey. it is where first responders

answered the call of an unresponsive child just before 11:30 saturday night n a 911 call the mother reportedly said that the boyfriend was trying to wake her child up, she then noticed bruises on the boys chest. that is what she said in the 911 call. investigators say the 24 year-old tricoche had beaten the boy so badly, he died a short time later at cooper university hospital and neighbors are in disbelief. >> it disturbs me. i'm a pastor. i don't know why things like that happen. what could cause it. they are quiet people. >> quiet neighborhood. you rarely see police men when you do see policeman it is something that is drastically wrong. on sunday my daughter noticed there were police men coming in and out. so we had no idea. >> one can only imagine the grief inside the hospital saturday night, tricoche was charged with first degree

murder, originally there was a lag in authorities getting information out because they had to find the biological father and notify him of the death which they have since done. meantime neighbors say that they really only saw the family here and there that they just moved to the neighborhood recently. now neighbors will be watching this court proceeding and arraignment that starts at 1:30 in camden. back to you. >> dave, thanks very much. lets turn to this a at 5:06. jerry sandusky returns to the central pennsylvania courtroom for day three of the hearing. >> defense team focusing on conflicting statements from the man identified as victim two. lawyer for victim two testified yesterday and he believes his client was the boy scene in the shower by former assistant coach. however, shortly before sandusky was arrested police say mandy need sandusky ever abused him. victim two settled a child sex abuse claim with penn state but didn't testify at sandusky's criminal trial in 2012. g.o.p. vice-presidential candidate and indiana governor

homes. more than 106,000 people have registered for federal disaster aid with the state saying that 20 million-dollar has been distributed to individuals, so far. the white house now responding to criticism against the president. >> i can tell you what the the president has been focused on is response on the ground and people his lives in louisiana have been turned upside down by this terrible flooding event. the response that you have seen from the federal government has been effective, the president has been focusing on the response and not frankly as concern with the optics as all of you appear to be. >> louisiana's governor is pushing back who says that the president should have come sooner. governor john bell edward is saying he asked the president to let the local governmental officials get out there and respond to this disaster, saying that if the president had been there a week ago, it would have diverted resources like the police force and everybody else for the present security when they had so much work to do to help out the

people affect by all this damage. that devastation has impacted a local family. a teen flooding victim is staying with relatives in lehigh county while another family member is preparing to go to help clean up. fox 29's shawnette wilson has their story. >> it is so surreal. it was almost like an apocalypse movie. >> reporter: seventeen year-old lehigh thompson described devastation in his home town of denim springs a half an hour outside baton rouge. after torrential rain flooded parts of the louisiana. >> anything that was in the house, not in the attic is pretty much unsalvageable. >> reporter: it has been just over a week since it happen. levi his in bethlehem with family while his mom and dad are in a shelter back at home trying to rebuild. his family has been sending videos of the area before and after the water receded. >> do you see where the contents are? contents are out here.

>> levi doesn't know when he will return and cannot shake images he left lynn. >> waiting through waist deep water. it wasn't just water, it was like mud, sticks, spiders and snakes. my whole street was just a river. the water was really strong. >> reporter: levi's cousin who he is a staying with in bethlehem plans to travel to louisiana in a week to help the family with clean up. levi says his high school sustain damaged and remains closed for now n bethlehem, shawnette wilson fox 29 news. tens of thousands have flood victims in lieu san air relying on the american red cross for help. the mess of those calls are coming to the head headquarters right here in philadelphia red cross workers and volunteers say they have answered about 15,000 calls, in the last week alone, many are coming from people in dire situations for not able to get through to 911. the center has opened up 16 phone lines compared to the two, that they normally use, lauren. now lets get to the top

stories. an apartment complex in chester where a six year-old boy was hit by a stray bullet this morning james wright continues to recover at chop from that gunshot wound to the hand. boy was sitting outside with his friend yesterday afternoon at 4:00 o'clock when someone there started to shoot near eighth street. neighbors say more than a dozen children were playing when those shots were fired. >> guy was standing there and he was shooting down toward the guy sitting outside with us. >> i'm trying to gather up kid and push them up in my house. >> well, police left several shell casing from his 150 feet away from where they were shot and no arrests have been made. staffer working in the philadelphia commissioner's office has been identified as a victim of the fatal shooting. >> two gunman shot and killed leonard boyar the third in front of his mother's north philadelphia home, saturday night. this is on the 600 block of north 12th street. no arrests have within made in this. there is no word on a motive either. in south jersey police make an arrest in the deadly shooting over the weekend. twenty-six year-old samuel

eighty-seven on wednesday. close to 90 on thursday. we will probably be well above 90 on friday which we told you yesterday is still true, is the warmest day of the week, so far. there is a cold front coming through on friday. it doesn't look like any precipitation, so it will take us down to 90 on both saturday and sunday and if we get those three in a row we will have another heat wave. should still be dry on machine when phillies come back to town. that is your look at your seven day forecast, plenty of good weather ahead but you need to be worried about what is facing you on the roadways this morning even this early bob kelly. >> we had an early morning accident that involved a tour bus on the westbound, schuylkill expressway, right before you get to 202, and we're starting to see volume pop. we are slowing down, down to one lane, westbound. they have cleaned up the accident but it left behind a trail of fuel on the roadways, so they need to make sure that is all cleaned up and mopped up before cars can start rolling on it.

on the 2,000 block of south 21st street. police just released this video. they say gunman fired several times into the car hitting the driver in the face and in the arm, after that, the shooter ran off. the victim survived but police are not saying what his condition is at this point. in delaware new castle county police are investigating a home invasion there that left an elderly man injured. this is surveillance video of the robbers red, four door sedan, they jumped in to and drove off in. investigators say he rob the 81 year-old man shortly before 12:30 in the afternoon at 700 block of hertford roth. a $20,000 reward now stand for information that leads to any arrest. a north carolina community held a vigil last night for a deaf man killed by a state trooper last week. according to police report highway patrol trooper tried to stop 29 year-old daniel harris for speeding violation, thursday, after a short chase, the man was finally pulled over. authorities say harris got out

of that car and got the in the altercation. that is when police say the officer opened fire, killing him. harris was not armed. according to reports he appeared to be trying to communicate with the officer via sign language. a federal judge in texas has blocked obama administration's order that public schools need to let trans genter students use a bathroom that match their gender identity in a temporary injunction the judge said that the order contradicts the existing legislative and regulatory texas he said guidance failed to follow the law requiring it get input to the public before drafting new regulations n mayo bam an ad perfection warned schools risk losing federal money if they did not make adjustment for transgender student. texas and 12 other states challenge the white house, as unconstitutional saying guidelines would force school districts to mix the sexes and other areas. republican presidential nominee donald trump has been

good morning i'm howard eskin this saturday night eagles play their third preseason game and for starters this game is within where they play the most. third game was a big within for sam bradford last year. no squirreling around in this game. eagles quarterback in his first year with the eagles lit the lays up. his number are off the charts. he threw three touchdown passes, ten for ten, that was in the first quarter. sam bradford knew the way people felt as well but he knows it is just a preseason game. >> very little game planning that goes into preseason. i'm's sure green bay didn't game plane to stop us.
