pink framing gets and barbecue in the backyard. it looks like a nice quiet corner family home but quiet completely shattered about 12 hours ago. we are in vent are in but we're in the back bay section. you wouldn't notice this or drive by this. we're far from the beach but along the bay as it wraps around between atlantic city and margate. this is known as september nor heights. the first call to police around dinner time during last hour of daylight. neighbors around here told us last night that the first office's arrived, for a domestic call, so likely the call came from inside the house, gunfire from inside the house and look at that top window, they had the screens ripped apart. you can see bullet holes. big bullet blast through there first cops back off. they call in reenforcement including atlantic county swat team. lets go to the video. they roll up in this armored vehicles and you can see why. because when they roll up, they are fired upon, they fire back, a barrage of gunfire. listen to this neighbor. >> i was watching tv laying in

the living room. then i heard a couple of gunshots. i came out. all of the cops started pouring in, blocked everything off and i was hanging outside a half april hour. we heard another five gunshots and after 59 gunshots, it just went off, maybe 12 to 15 shots in a row. the state attorney's general office was called in, county police, local departments here. they cannot have county prosecutor's office investigating their own to avoid a conflict of interest. state attorney general's office now in charge of this investigation all the way from trenton and they confirmed that a ventnor hand killed here last night are sky fox video here showed as we come back to our live picture that he was lying there the on the front porch. you can see not a big porch but up the stairs and that front porch was shut at the time. and just to give you a scene, you can hear sea gulls we have

said this a statement released to us that in part we were saddened to learn that two of our students were charged with making cyber threats, similar to the clowning incident that had been reported in other areas of the country. our district recognizes seriousness of these threats and has no tolerance for any proposed act of violence or personal injury. now to the investigation, washington township police say they have traced two separate threats back to the 14 year-old boy and 13 year-old girl. police are not identifying them because of their age and will say they go to a washington township public schools. for weeks now nation has been talking about these creepy clown cases and several social media posts pop up including some here in the delaware valley showing clowns making threats against schools or other public buildings, in fact, philadelphia police are working their own case and they have a person of interest in local threats. >> at this point in time we have been able to identified a 13 year-old involved. she along with a friend of hers decide that had this was a prank, something fun to do,

and at some point in time these two classmates decided to post this information on instagram, threatening a couple of our local schools and then again it is certainly something that is not a laughing matter. >> reporter: home land security helping with the threat situation, investigation in philadelphia. here in new jersey we are hoping to talk to parents as they start their classes pretty soon, back to you. >> dave, thanks very much. police say they have a suspect now, in the murder of a three two-year old natasha gibson in delaware county. last month, actually, last week, police called this man, seen in the surveillance video a person of interest but now you say he is the suspect. he was last seen in philadelphia near 59th and catherine streets. police believe he may live around there, and gibson's friend found her outside their home on bailey road, in yeadon her throat was slashed.

gibson's funeral was yesterday, as a matter of fact. a pitman new jersey woman is accused of stealing just moments after her boyfriend was hit by a car. this happened sunday in harrison township gloucester county. police say that the 25 year-old stole a paramedic's wallet and more than a hundred dollars from inside the ambulance while the paramedics were caring for her boyfriend, and he died at that scene. the she's now facing a theft charge. >> it is hard to believe that is even a story. >> it happens. >> boyfriend is dead on the street. >> they said we will let you inside of the ambulance because you are grieving, you don't want to be on the scene and seeing him in the road. >> she gets in the paramedic purse. >> she takes the purse, wallet out, credit card, debit cards and has a hundred dollars cash. >> unreal. >> so yesterday i said about 50 times i was going to let you know what the promotion people for kanye west concert people tonight -- i never heard back. >> i think we have heard he is not playing. >> he is not performing at the wells fargo center they have rescheduled the concert.

involving creepy clowns being reported in our area this morning burlington township schools are looking into threats on social media and they have an increased police presence at the school. >> central bucks west school district said the same thing more officers on their campus. so yesterday, get this, two teens, in washington township were charged with posting those types of threats on line and philadelphia police say a 13 year-old girl she admitted this played a role in posting scary clown posts on instagram. that girl told police it was a rang with a friend and that she didn't intend to harm anybody they are just playing around. >> so now d.a.'s office is reviewing the case to find out if charges are warranted. >> social media expert jj cannon is here to talk about this. >> how are you doing. >> oh, man, teens are so scared. >> you just told me about your child's school. >> i posted on line i would be here today. i heard from a friend in tampa who told me their schools were

on lock down yesterday because of a sim hard situation like this. my two daughters came home from school in sixth and eighth grade respectively and my sixth grader explained to me that kids in her school are very scared to go to school tomorrow and one boy was actually sent home because of how upset he was. >> this started a month ago in other states. it seemed funny. we were even making fun of it. but man, it is not funny at all anymore. >> it is not funny anymore and i, whenever i'm here, i sound like a real debbie downer like i have no sense of humor but do i but when you start personally threatening to come to a school and harm people or to do violent things, that is not okay anymore. i'm using the analogy now because people don't seem to be listening had when my son was 16, he is 31, if he got in

are wrestling with how to handle these cases because kids that are this young that are making these mistakes, they are not intending for all of this to happen. they think they will getaway witt and people will laugh and they will be internet heroes. >> charge is cyber harassment which is something new because of cyberspace is still so new but that will be on their record the rest of their lives. >> it will be on their record for a very long time unless by some magic they get it expunged but if my kid decides one day to plow into a parking lot full of people in a car because they just thought it might be funny they didn't want anybody to get hurt i'm pretty sure that her father and i would be financially responsible for anything that happened there. beyond what our insurance might cover. i think, i really think that if parents had to be held financially responsible for these instances i have a feeling people might start paying a little bit more attention. >> jj cannon for office.

i survived breast cancer. if the doctors hadn't caught it early i might not be sitting here. so i'm outraged that pat toomey voted to defund planned parenthood... which thousands of pennsylvania women depend on for cancer screenings. pat toomey was even willing to shut down the federal government to eliminate funding for planned parenthood. shut down the government over planned parenthood? i think we ought to shut down pat toomey. senate majority pac is responsible for the content of this advertising.
