deputy ashley guindon was killed her first day on the job. >> reporter: bruce, we're here at the funeral home in woodbridge where they are launching the procession. you can see a couple dozen folks, members of the community that came out. you can see the huge prince william county police presence at the funeral home. they are about to lead that procession to the hylton memorial chapel for slain officer ashley guindon. it's tomorrow and open to the public. the officer was shot and killed this weekend at the disturbance call of ronald and crystal hamilton. hamilton was shot and killed. >> crystal was my everything. she was a mother, a daughter, a best friend. she was a motivator and mo

searching for suspects in a morning shooting that triggered lockdowns at duval senior high school. a young man was shot and critically wounded at greenbelt and aerospace road. two young attackers fled. investigators say it appear that is the victim and attackers had an ongoing dispute. a man accused of raping a 51-year-old woman in her home is edwin mart master. police say that he broke into the victims' apartment in the middle of the night and assaulted her and fled on foot. tonight, presidential candidates from both parties crisscrossing the area before the primaries. earlier this afternoon, we were
