allison barber has this story. >> reporter: a suspected shooter received a grand jury subpoena earlier today and no charges filed against him but that could change. law enforcement officials say there are simply far too many questions. on friday night this home on sharon road was flooded with first responders. >> i have never been so scared in my life. >> today it is quiet. people stopped by the house but they didn't want to talk. the only list of demands who according to police shot two firefighters, opening a door that is boarded. the 61-year-old homeowner allegedly shot at firefighters and thought they were intruders. >> the

injured after saturday's 7.8 magnitude quake. rescue workers managed to free three people trapped in the rubble of a shopping center giving hope to those desperately searching for their loved ones. authorities say the body of a man has been found inside a truck that drove in the high waters on a houston free way service road. the victim is the second person died linked to flooding from severe rains that began in southeast texas. emergency evacuations are under way. floodwaters in houston forced residents to find new ways to reach ground. >> a refrigerator, how are we going to float in that. >> the rain flooded more than 1,000 homes and businesses. residents grabbed their children and a few belongings before wading through the waist deep water.
