police say she was on her phone when she struck charles napier and his 13- month-old grandkids, who were walking on the side of the road. hood's arraignment is scheduled for 9 a-m. a suspect was taken into custody in connection with the apparent overdose death of a clermont county man. 45-year-old john wade faces charges in the united states district court, southern district of ohio. officials say the initial investigation revealed the deadly heroin mixture was sold by a dealer in bond hill. the arrest was made by the hamilton county heroin coalition taskforce. police have released the dash cam video of an officer involved shooting in west price hill. it happened monday night on rapid run road and sunset avenue. we're told two officers shot and killed robbery suspect 45 year-old robert tenbrink, after he pointed a gun at them. chief eliot isaac says by all indications the shooting was justified, but they are investigating as a matter of protocol. breaking now...
