day off today as they continue to grieve... after a opens fire inside fox19 now's jordan vilines... is live at the school... where just spoke to the media. four students were hurt, two of them were shot junior senior high school yesterday and the other two were injured while either running out of the building or by debris officials say the two students who were shot are 15 year old cameron smith, and 14 year old cooper caffrey. officials tell us one of the victims was shot multiple times and the other was shot once. school officials said the two shot students are still in the hospital, and thankfully they have reported that the students are quote "doing very well and are in very high spirits." the two who were injured are brant murray, 14, and katherine doucette, 14.

in my opinion is watched my of my grandfather has he lost his memory and forgot my name was awful...it affects the entire family...an event at new riff in newport will be strengthing our brains with food all while donating proceeds to alzeimer research... lori peirce from lulas for lunch... recipe: salmon penne with spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms and onions at the ready: lemon zest and juice, 1 lemon orange zest and juice, 1 orange red pepper flakes, tsp salt, tsp

salmon fillets, pref. wild, skin off 3# cut in apx 4 oz portions pasta, 1box 12-16oz, your choice! salt, 1 tbs vinegar, white or cider, 1tsp olive oil, 1tbs kosher salt, 1tsp freshly cracked black pepper, tsp butter, tbs a large pat canola oil, 1tbs onion, thinly sliced pole to pole, 1c mushrooms, crimini, 1c sliced seasoning salt, tsp meanwhile, back at the salmon: chicken broth, low sodium, 1 quart whipping cream, 1 quart cherry or grape tomatoes, 1c halved garlic, 1 smashed clove dill, 2 big sprigs fresh or 1 tsp dry thyme, 4 sprigs fresh or 1 tsp dry paprika and cayenne, tsp each fresh baby spinach, 4c packed omega 3's, vitamin d, selenium, vc, vk, va, lycopene method: preheat oven to 170. whisk all ingredients together except salmon fillets, then marinate filets in the mixture while you're cooking the pasta and prepping your onions and mushrooms, below. bring water, salt and vinegar to boil, dump in pasta and cook till al dente according to package directions. drain in colander, don't rinse, and return to pot. toss with these ingredients, cover pot to prevent drying out. in a large saute pan, heat butter and oil together over medium-high heat till melted and beginning to dance, throw in the 'shrooms and onions and toss through the salt, spreading mixture around to make one layer. don't stir

layer again. cook for 2-3 more minutes till mixture is beginning to brown. remove mixture to heat proof bowl. return pan to heat. remove salmon from marinade and pat dry, adding to hot pan. season tops with a little salt & pepper. cook till medium rare, flipping once, 3 minutes side one, 2 minutes after flipping. salmon should begin to flake with fork easily in the center, and center should be translucent. remove to ovenproof platter and put in 170 degree oven, uncovered. in same pan over medium high heat, dump all this, scraping up the fond browning on bottom of pan . bring to simmer and reduce heat to keep the liquid simmering, and let reduce for 10-12 minutes by about half. add salt to taste. stir this in along with onion/mushrooms, until wilted, about 1 minute. skim c sauce off of top & reserve. divide pasta among bowls or plates, top with veggie cream sauce, then top with salmon, then drizzle with a bit of the reserved sauce. garnish with leftover dill. info: i have a class at new riff event center on 3/9 that is titled "feed your brain with lula's.o.w.n it!" dealing with and serving a delicious meal that delivers macro and micro nutrients to your brain description below. a portion of the proceeds goes to alzheimer's research. i'm not sure what would be on the "menu" yet but i definitely would be preparing salmon!! let me know if this is of interest. the link to the event is below, where you can actually read the real description of the seminar. jmarch 9th feed your brain

airplanes? you can see them all for free this weekend! our sara celi is live right now at entertrainment junction to explain the 8th annual scale model expo, featuring a fascinating world of miniatures hand-crafted by the region's best model makers, is saturday and sunday march 5-6 at the award-winning entertrainment junction in west chester. the event is free to the public. kids, parents and grandparents can see incredible working miniatures hand-built by the area's talented model craftsman, including such items as miniature steam engines, internal combustion engines, ships, boats, airplanes, cars, running large-scale locomotives, military vehicles and dioramas, action figures and more. nearly 80 scale model engineering hobbyists will be on hand to not only display their remarkable miniatures but also to talk about the hobby and answer questions from the public. the scale model exhibit will be on display in entertrainment junction's indoor main street area and in its large expo center. the free scale model show runs saturday, march 5 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and sunday, march 6 from noon to 4 p.m. also at the scale model show, members of the middletown va outpatient clinic will be at the event to hand out information to military veterans and register them for va health care. many military veterans attend the event because
