got a tip from a fox 5 viewer to take a look at what's really going on inside prince georges county office of human relations commission. it's a small agency, less than a dozen employees, but what we uncovered prompted the county to take immediate action. it's the middle of the work day, 2:00 on a wednesday, and james greer is trying to sell us a house. >> only thing he did, put new carpet upstairs. >> reporter: we found the listing for this town house online and called greer, the agent selling the property. >> we're trying to keep track of all these. >> yeah yeah yeah. >> reporter: here's the thing, greer does not realize the guy holding the flip camera is a fox 5 photographer, or that we've been investigating him for two months, because this is not his full-time job. greer works for the prince georges county government making $106,000 a year as the deputy director of the office of human relations commission, the county agency charged with investigating discrimination complaints. >> hope i'm not pulling you away for anything too important. >> don't worry about it, i just work for t

of places. it's been a bit slower for them to get to the side roads. prince george's county started off with about 150 or so trucks this morning. they quickly called in another 100 or so. all those crews are now on 12- hour shifts trying to stay ahead of the ice that threaten to make the morning commute a mess. out on the major roads we spotted few problems but some drivers told us they still found a patch or two of ice and they're worried about what the morning commute will bring. >> i'm afraid that, you know, there's going to be some black ice out there. people are going to be slipping and sliding. >> even though the main roads are clear, they're wet. so i'm scared overnight as people stop driving that they'll freeze. >> reporter: in prince george's county there are some 250 trucks out on the road clearing and salting. the light snowfall was the least of their problems. >> the trouble actually has been ice throughout the day because the temperatures are so cold the pavement temperatures have not risen above 22 today and when they're that cold, whatever falls, snow or anything, is

here on the campus of george mason, this is what they're doing about this particular issue, they're sending out these letters and giving them to the students explaining what's in this drink, how dangerous it is and what kind of impact it can have on a student if they drink it. >> like so far, we haven't had any incidences at all, but we're trying to be proactive as we can to give people a head's up and warn them of the potential dangers. >> everyone knows that caffeine is an upper and alcohol is a depressant so they're not good for each other. it has all the adrenalin in it and also the alcohol and that can be really bad. >> reporter: now, also tonight, we spoke with fusion, the company, to get reaction on this story and an e-mail from a spokesperson, they say that people have safely mixed and consumed alcohol and caffeine products for years. for loco has roughly the same amount of alcohol content as some beers, wine and far less alcohol by volume than hard liquor. a can of one of our loco has tf caffeine as a tall starbucks coffee. we're disappointed by recent banns of our product.

i-95 and out to the east. prince george's county has been getting some fairly heavy snow. we've had fairly heavy snow moving right up here into the district as well. and then there's continuing to be heavy snow for prince william county up into fairfax county. what we're seeing now is a little bit of a lull back out to the west here from, say, loudoun county right out towards 81 and into west virginia. it is lightening up just a little bit as it is for frederick county as well. i think we're going to continue to see that for the next several hours, but this heavy snow band that you see in the red from southwest to northeast, it jumps right across the district, that will stay in place for quite a while. so i'm expecting at least during the early overnight period, that here in the district and parts to the east we'll actually be getting the heaviest of the snowfall and then by tomorrow morning another big general area of moderate to heavy snow will be forming as the coastal area of low pressure is forming. as sue as been hinting at as well, once that area of low pressure forms, the wi
