terrible accident to tell you about right now in prince george's county. six vehicles were involved in this crash. 11 people sent to the hospital. this all happened this afternoon on crane highway. maryland state police say one of the victims a man in his 30s does have life threatening injuries. the other victims are expected to survive their injuries and right now southbound 301 is shut down but northbound lanes have reopened. the cause of the crash remains under investigation. another accident this one involving a state trooper who is in serious condition tonight after being hit by a car. it happened overnight near route 100. investigators say that the trooper stopped to assist another trooper who was administering field sobriety tests. as she got out of her patrol car and walked on shoulder a car hit her. at this point no charges have been charged against him. it's costing extra to fill up. the big drop in gas prices over the past two weeks. plus how did a nine-year-old boy manage to get past security and on to a plane with out a ticket. we'll have those stories two motor cyclist
