george w. bush is resting in texas hospital after having unplanned surgery to open a blocked artery to his heart. abc7 news reporter joins us to discuss it. >> former president bush had the surgery this morning two re-open the artery using that is called a stent, a wire tube inserted in the blockage and inflated by a balloon to re-open the passage. the block average was discovered during a test during a routine physical yesterday. florida jury found george zimmerman not guilty of the shooting death of trayvon martin. >> happening today, in 20 minutes, a vigil will be held in san francisco for one of the three victims of the asiana flight 214 crash. the group is hold the vigil for the 15-year-old and scheduled to me begin at 11:30 at the buddhist foundation branch on irving street. her parents are expected to attend. she died on friday at san francisco general nearly a week after being rescued from her seat on the boeing 777. the crash also killed her classmates, 16-year-old wang linjia and ye mengyuan. two survivors have filed a first lawsuit against the airline. a pay area woman and her eight-year-old son are seeking $5 million in damages alleging the flight crew committed errors and were properly trained. the tone says they were sitting to the front of the plane when it crashes and they suffered back and neck injuries. 83 other passengers have begun the process to see manufacturer boeing claiming the crash might have been caused by mechanical malfunction. asiana flight 214 has not responded to our request. >
