chester county is accused offed of inappropriately touching a student. george symonds of wilmington ran the concept school in thornbury township. the victim told police simmonds sent texts e-mails and made phone calls the victim who was 14 years old at the time said it then became physical. symonds was fired from his job. he is currently free on bail. >> former eagle donovan mcnabb issued a cryptic statement about his second dui arrest in less than two years. on his radio show yesterday the retired quarterback said there was a story that was released. and he is handling the matter. police in gilbert arizona say mcy mcnabb rear ended a vehicle that was stopped at a red light last month. no one was injured. since this is his second arrest he could face up to 90 days in jail if convicted. >>> the local prosecutor who handled the claims made by a former temple employee against bill cosby is speaking out. bruce castor was the montgomery county district attorney in 2005. castor explains he cut a deal with the comedian due to a lack of evidence in the case. he says he convinced cosby to go on
