we're finding so far is this. apparently george miller had a convsation with casey anthony and said casey anthony was going to mark an x on a match to mark where they could start searching for caylee. cindy became very upset and asked them to leave the home in a not very nice way. here are some of the statements here. we have them in full screens. he was very angry and the words he said to me was i almost had her. i had talked to casey and i had a map in the bedroom with her. i had convinced her to put an x on the map of the location of the body. i left the room to give her a chance to think about it. her father came out approximately 30 minutes later and said she's ready to put the x on the paper. i believe it was her mother who stood up at that time and said no, get the hell out of my house, i don't ever want to see you again. now christi, this is on the heels last week that there was this woman who came out talking about having this alleged affair with george anthony. now what is significant about that is she claims george anthony told her that he said caylee's death was an accid

where he landed -- tbs. he's bringing a late night talk show to tbs and it was his friend george lopez apparently who convinced him as recently as a week ago to consider doing some sort of late night line-up at tbs where george lopez currently has a show. it's called "lopez tonight" and conan o'brien apparently accepted. here's what we know. the show will kick off in november. it will be an hour long. they are not releasing the name of the show yet. i'm not sure if they have a title. but it will debut monday through thursday, 11:00 p.m. eastern putting george lopez to midnight which he's apparently okay with. this is a cute quote from conan o'brien. typical where he responded saying, check this out, in three months i have gone from network television to dwiter to performing live in theaters and now i'm headed to basic cable. my plan is working perfectly. it sounds like it could be a great plan. tbs released a statement saying for decades really, late night talk has been dominated by broadcast television, late night talk. now they are changing the landscape of things and bringing it to

searched his car twice while he was in new york. his attorney says cops pulled zazi over on the george washington bridge for a random drug search. he was then cleared. later his rental car was towed for parking violations. zazi agreed to let police search the car and the laptop computer inside. both were then returned to him. his attorney says he doesn't know why zazi drove the rental car one way and flue back. we'll keep you posted on this story. >>> a federal judge is deciding whether a florida high school principal should pay a fine or maybe even go to jail for defying a court order banning prayers in his school. the judge issued the order in january to enforce a consent decree between pace high school in florida and the aclu. that ended the practice of faculty members leading prayers. the judge will term if the principal violated that order by asking the school's athletic director to lead a prayer at a school banquet. >> just disturbing that, you know, when you read it and you hear about it that somebody can actually be charged with criminal charges for praying. you know? where is
