george emergency room. we learned that a doctor's union filed lawsuit over a new contract at the hospital. this is video of another court hearing from inside the hospital. both the union and county of almeida agreed more physicians are needed to handle the overcrowded conditions we uncovered. they disagreed on how to do it. a private company out of napa called traditions behavioral health is accused of breaking union agreements and breaking the law accusing the company's owner of misrepresenting himself as a medical doctor. >> starting with one doctor 15 years ago i now have hundreds. >> lawsuit says the california medical board prohibits nonphysicians operating a business that provides pay and care. hayes is not a psychiatrist. he is not a medical doctor. traditions behavioral health has not commented. they have 30 days to respond to the legal action. >>> owner of a bay area wine business has pleaded guiltity. he admitted cheating thousands of customers out of millions of dollars. he promised to send them pricy bottles of wine. the judge in the case called it a wine ponzi scheme
