away from a party at the george wilson center on new london road. the crime scene unit remained on the scene late into the evening. the girl who is between 3 and 5 years old, wandered past the fence and into the pond. it's unclear how long she was under the water. fire officials tell us she was unconscious when she arrived at the emergency room at christiana hospital. as soon as we learn more about her condition we will pass it along. >>> this morning philadelphia police are still trying to sort out what happened at the scene of a deadly standoff in kensington. >> no! no! this was the scene before a s.w.a.t. team made its way into a row home on emerald street yesterday. neighbors called police. when officers arrived, a man barricaded inside the house started to shoot at them. neighbors evacuated. the gunfire eventually stopped. that's when the s.w.a.t. team went in. once inside the row home a police robot found two men dead. investigators tell us they were not shooting because they held their fire during the standoff. >> it's an easy call for us. we have clear policies on that and they

workweek in your first alert forecast. george? >>> new this morning, the first look at the man wanted for a rape and home invasion. this surveillance video shows the man as he approached a young doctor and forced her inside her apartment. that 26-year-old woman was on her way home from ladder 15 bar few blocks from where she lived. matt delucia is live outside the special units where they're working to track this man don. >> reporter: they want to get this man off the streets as soon as possible. here's a look at the surveillance video once again. it was released in the past few hours. it shows the man walking up behind the 26-year-old daughter. she had just left ladder 15 at 1:30 yesterday morning. the man grabbed the victim by the neck and forced her to open the door to her apartment building. once inside police say he forced her upstairs to her apartment, raped her, stole her phone, keys and left only to come a few minutes later. until this man is caught, women in the rittenhouse square neighborhood tell us they're on high alert. >> in this neighborhood or any neighborhood you do w
