right. they think 43-year-old george goins did it twice. he' s been charged with two burglaries. police say both cases happened at orlando' s vain nightclub in december. police say goins was seen on surveillance video actually filling up a large trash can with $4,000 worth of liquor. according to wesh 2 news sources, he rolled it down to the streets of west orlando and later sold it to people on the streets. goins went before a judge on burglary and grand theft charges today. he was ordered held on $7400 bond. meredith: he might not have the big jackpot, but one local man is now $2 million richer. summer: he bought his powerball ticket in lake mary at the sav-a-ton gas station. 19-year-old frederick walker of sanford, matched all five of the white ball numbers, but missed the powerball number. he also added a power play to his ticket for an extra dollar, increasing his winnings from $1 million to $2 million dollars. >> this is now considered a lucky store. let' s see what happens in the future. summer: walker told lottery officials he had never purchased a powerball ticket befor

say a suspect fired at the first officer he saw outside the prince george county station on sunday. officer jacai colson died just days before his 29th birthday. police say the alleged shooter was shot, but is expected to survive. there are reports the gunman was that the gunman intended to die. meredith: turkey is beginning its funeral services for people who died in sunday' s suicide bombing in ankara. a car bomb exploded next to a transportation hub, killing 40 people. most of the people who died were waiting to get on a bus. police say they think a young kurdish woman who died in the bombing helped plan the attack. they also say she' s tied to a kurdish militant group. the u.s. is strongly condemning the attack. summer: a maryland auction house is selling adolf hitler' s copy of his book outlining his plan for genocide. speedway took the stand. a former cab driver is on the claire: the victim told the court george brainard, working as a pedi-cab driver during speedweeks, took her to some woods across from the speedway and raped her. she admits she has a lot of lapses in memory because she had been drinking and smoking marijuana. >> i was moving and squirming and screaming and trying to get away. she testified she left the track and her boyfriend because she felt sick and wanted to go home, says she has no memory of getting into the pedi-cab, but remembers brainard pulling her out of it and dragging her into some woods. >> i was squirming. i was trying to get away. >> how were you trying to get away? >> i was trying to crawl away from him. claire: it was a pedi-cab driver working for a rival company who found the victim following the alleged attack. nick colavito says he had seen brainard and the victim riding around earlier in the evening. had seen brainard' s pedi-cab, empty by then, stopped near with his own fare. after dropping them off, colavito testified he went by the woods again and saw the victi
