picture. that is 12-year-old china campbell. she is a hero, just for knowing to call 911. the prince george county's fire department says she saw people in her fire department standing on the balcony of the 2nd floor of their apartment. there was a fire, and they were trapped. she called 911 calmly and accurately telling the operator what was going on, and based on her call, the fire department got three people to safety and put out the fire. >>> a virginia tea party group is demanding an $8,000 refund from the city of richmond. that's how much the city charged the group to hold free rallies over the last 3 years. a richmond tea party protesters say occupy protesters have been camp in the plaza and not been charged. the tea party groups here in charlotte and dc have raised similar complaints. it's not just the tea party that feels slided. some people living near the encampment here in dc say the noise is getting out of hand. georgia pam is a law student studying for finals, and she says the cheering can go on until 2:00 in the morning. >> i don't want them to be forced to leav
