guard called off a search tonight for a missing kayaker last seen somewhere near china beach in san rafael. the kayaker was one of seven who left from horseshoe cove this morning. the coast guard is looking between the richmond-san rafael bridge. >> a south san jose neighborhood has been given the all-clear after a noxious chemical release. lisa amin gulezian is live in the neighborhood. we hear people were stuck indoors for hours. lease less that's very true. the warning went out to those around the water treatment plant after a worker noticees a massive tank that holds ammonia was leaking. >> the leak is not getting worse. >> hazmat teams confirmed, 250 gallons of ammonia leaked out of the tank and into an outer containment area which is like a cement wall built around the tank. none of the ammonia leaked out of the containment area. since this facility is currently closed for con instruction, no water is being filtered, and the ammonia is currently not in use. still, at around 11:30 this morning, san jose police went door-to-door knocking on roughly 40 residents' doors, warning t
