we just spoke with the neighbors of just returned home from a trip to china. we want to show you some video here. police say this unfolding around 7:45 pm tonight. the car you see in that video hit the trio as they crossed 35th avenue north of greenway. we are told the people in the car bolted immediately after the crash but as i mentioned, they turned themselves in and are now being interviewed by police. as you can see, there is no crosswalk care but the area does have apartments on one side and a strip mall on the other. again, we are told two adults, a man, and a woman neighbors are not sure why they would be costing -- crossing the street in the area to begin with but police say all three were taken to local trauma centers. we are told the little girl suffered serious injuries but could be okay. in the meantime, 35th avenue northbound still closed. it's best to avoid this area tonight. reporting live, amanda goodman cbs 5 news. >> tomorrow morning, chandle police will canvassed the area where an 80-year-old man was parking lot in chandler, just off dodson, officers will be i
