country tour through asia. among the stops are japan south korea and china. a big topic for the trip will no doubt be north korea's continual missile tests its work on nuclear weapons and the president's feud with north korean ruler kim jong un. the president leaves the white house this morning and will first head to hawaii where he'll meet with that state's governor along with the governors of alaska and the pacific territories. now before leaving on this trip the president has praised the rollout of the republican tax plan in congress. the house gop yesterday unveiled the biggest tax reform package in three decades. cutting the current seven tax brackets down to four. the standard deduction would also double and the child tax credit would increase. but americans would be allowed to deduct less of their mortgage interest and deductions for student loan interest and medical expenses would be eliminated. the corporate tax rate would be cut from 35 percent to 20 percent. president is also speaking out on the justice system. president trump made those comments in an exclusive interview
