] stuart: let's talk tesla because they are talk about a deal to build a factory in china. this will be breakthrough for tesla and china. what do we have on this? ashley: wholly-owned exactly in shanghai free-trade zone district. they will have to pay 25% import tariff, however, tesla, i didn't know, cost 50% more in china than they do in the u.s. because of high-production costs in getting it to that country. this will slash prices in the country that's the number one country, believe it or not, for electric vehicles, tesla made a billion dollars in revenue in revenue last year, this is a huge market for them so to be able to actually set up a manufacturing facility in shanghai and feed that market directly will bring down the costs and they'll be able to bring down the costs of the vehicles, we don't know what model, is it tesla 3 or broad range of them. we know that they've had trouble with production of tesla 3 here because basically a log jam of getting vehicles. stuart: general motors goes into china, they have to have a local partner. this is tesla wholly owned, just them. ash

is that china is, is still the key, it's the linchpin, the only country because of its economic aid, its financial aid and trade with north korea, it's really the only country that has the potential ability to change north korea's behavior prior to that unfortunate and ugly point where we have to consider military options to prevent them from getting to the point where they've got the ballistic military capability. the problem is that for two and a half decades plus, that theory, the idea of somehow diplomacy through china with north korea, is going to work. it hasn't happened. and so, we're now faced with the results of failed diplomacy over 25-plus years, that have got us to this point. nobody should be under the misconception that this is all because of the new administration. there's a certain segment of the left that wants to point with this crisis at north korea, see, you've got president trump in office, he's banging the drum, he's a war monger. that's not the case. the problem is failed diplomacy has allowed north korea to, over a period of time, to get to this point in the
