joining us now is john sununu, chief of staff to former president george hw bush. what happens first of all with obamacare? what's the future? >> i'm not sure what the future is but the "politico" headline is just not really consistent with the world of reality out there. there will be pressure if the courts knock down obamacare but it's the kind of pressure that puts a time constraint in the process and gets people to focus. making legislation and producing laws is never a clean cut transparent, logical and well-organized process. and quite often it needs a kick in the pants like a court decision. >> sandra: so you are critical of that "politico" piece. it writes republicans have no real plan to establish a new healthcare system if the courts strike down the affordable care act but plenty are rooting for its demise anyway even if it means plunging the gop that leaves them politically vulnerable. do republicans have a real plan to replace it? >> yeah, they actually do have the framework of what they want in a healthcare plan. they may not have been good in communic
