so the vine is looking busy, 95 pushing in the southbound direction at cottman, why is it looking like this? because of the septa strike. that is absolutely going to impact our drive, even if you are in your vehicles. so the first question a lot of p.m. are asking what is not running? okay, well, city buses, subways, trolleys. these rollie trouts, ten, 11, 13, 15, 34, 36. regional rails the only running septa in the city right now, and norristown high-speed line, suburban buses trolley routes 101, 102, lucy, ccp connect. some additional information on parking, you guys, a lot of parking garages will be running a flat rate of $10 for up to ten hours. so check with your parking garage. also, no parking on broad on brd between spring garden and south street, and adding extra hour for those every that you run over your meters and kiosk. they're going to add gracefully an extra hour, so that will help a lot of people out that maybe get delayed just little bit because of all of the charges in septa. so katie overall running out the door, busy tuesday morning, not only is this going to affect

ninety-five south before cottman. the one area that we would not want an accident at, bleigh the way, blocking that center lane. so because that far, it is forcing everyone to come up, kind of fork around it a little bit. either to the right or to the left. it is absolutely going to slow you down, just saw little bit, throwing the camera around, saw the residual, pretty hefty. give yourself extra time here i would say extra 25, 30 minutes at this point. and also the ben franklin bridge, gorgeous, ben franklin bridge, pushing in the westbound direction, into center city. look at that, how that sun is coming up, just highlighting the buildings, absolutely stunning there, also the schuylkill moving in the eastbound direction at montgomery, very slow moving here, as well, basically anywhere we look on 995, the schuylkill, starting to heat up. eastbound and westbound, doesn't really matter. in the case here really the eastbound side that we're keeping our eye on, then more coming up in a little bit. jim and rahel, back to
