opening up to havana. has it changed, moderated both generations? >> we are fascinated to see this time around. in four years since the last election the makeup of the hispanic population changed in florida dramatically. the cuban population is growing at a regular pace. we have seen puerto ricans. we have seen a lot more central and south americans come. those are traditionally democratic votes. even within the cuban community they have skewed more democratic. they have embraced the opening with cuba more so they are okay with hillary proposing to continue it and they are opposed to trump promising to scale it back. we are expecting to see numbers from the polling indicate an even bigger landslide among hispanics. considering the fact that this year they could make up to 14, 16% of the florida electorate that will go a long way toward what's looking like an incredibly close race here. >> this is a bigger increase in the hispanic vote. >> absolutely. >> overall early voting is up and the hispanic vote is up by a larger margin. still it is hard to say who they are voting for. we can see
