and pulled it down. >> why do you send him. >> yes. >> okay. that is what happens, but tell me what happened over weekend with your family. >> so, first, i spent new years eve with my grandmother. that is the picture. i usually go out and about, and granny was home the i was like i will hang out with granny. reason it was special to be home was because tuesday before christmas, i had got a phone call from my grandmother you go to bed early. she said i hate to tell you about but your mom was involved in a really bad accident and she suffered severe head trauma and they don't know if she will headache it. it was the scariest night of my life. just being on the other end of the phone my family for those who don't know is in atlanta. i immediately thought what do i do. i have to get home. so i could not get a flight out that night. philadelphia only had flights to atlanta after 7:00 p.m. so being stuck was most frustrating feeling. i made it home wednesday morning. my mom was in surgery when i got there. i remember them wheeling her in the the room and i didn't really recognize her. >> she was that beat up. >> she was banged up, i just grab her eyes and my eyes filled with water. it was a car accident. heading home from getting food and a driver in the ford van, slammed into the back of her and then she got push in another car so she was sandwiched in the middle of these one cars. so she pretty much shattered her right forearm. there is explained it there is two bones in your arms like this. hers split and then came up out of her arm like a compound fracture so know she has two metal plates, 16 screws, and her face, i don't want to show pictures but i showed them on line. she has some face bruising and fractures in her nose and bones in her face. it was just scary and rough. that is when i first saw her. that is her in icu, swelling was so bad in her neck that they started to close off her trachea, so they moved her to icu immediately after surgery and she was there for three days, and so that is highlight will will chair, i slept with her every night. i could not leave her by herself at the hospital. >> what is rag knows. >> she will have a cast on her arm for three months, she height not get full range of motion back but we will see as time goes on and her face, she will kind of to get some stuff done to her face, but a lot of bruising. >> you have seen my mom. if you saw picture of her just like yesterday before i left you wouldn't recognize her because it is just bad. half of her face, it looks like maybe she slammed her face in the steering wheel because it is just one half. >> did they have air bag. >> look at the bruising. >> and that is just one, but that is just bruising on her neck. >> that is seat belt right there. >> sadly, sadly she did not have on her seat belt. >> i know,. >> well, there is a long talking to about it. >> mom, we can't do this again we were in a car accident when i was nine from a driver that swerved and i had like this scar on my forehead from me, i don't remember if i haddon my seat belt or not but i remember hitting my forehead on the glass, windshield, and ever since then i have they ever not worn my seat belt because of that accident. i don't know how she does, but anyway. >> i know a couple people in my life that don't wear seat belts. i don't understand it. >> every time i get in the carry say mom, okay. then she's one that takes it off before you get, you are close by and then you take it off and unbuckle it. >> most accidents happen within two blocks of your own home. >> she was a mile away. >> please give her our best. >> she's like your best friend >> she is. >> what a great personality she has. >> yes. >> and she has had good spirits, she has not complained. she's in pain like headaches. >> are you going to get back down there. >> she has her doctor appointment. my dad is in charge. how do you think that will go. >> oh, lord. >> is he sleeping in that little himself sick running up and down these slide, that is kelen. they had fun. we went down a million slide. i felt sick. but kid can you imagine, you would have loved it. just think bit. thousands of screaming kid. >> yes. >> and then arcade with all that loud noise and pounding, and then we were so sorry were you not there. >> had i not been so busy this weekend, i would have loved to have gotten in the car with you, your husband, and the three boys, and stopped at perkins for pancakes. >> we stopped at perkins. they have an excellent kid menu. >> well, maybe next time, next year. >> there is
