most of the heaviest activist south east of richmond down to norfolk, virginia. out there towards ocean city south of salsbury, maryland looking at showers and storms there but looks like around the immediate area not a lot of testimony going on. if fact we can put this into motion and see on our hd radar composite view here there are a few pop up showers along the turnpike in pennsylvania just west of york but the heaviest activity has been down over the mouth of the chesapeake bay then down south of salsbury and we'll continue to see that. still slight chance for pop up shower or thunderstorm in the neighborhood but right now that's only 20 to 30 percent chance. 89 degrees in baltimore downtown. 85 in dc. 88 in fredericksburg. you can see with the heat and humidity mix in there our temperatures much warmer. foals like 91 on the scene outside and baltimore 87 in dc and 98 freeze in fredericksburg. feels very hot. humid out there. definitely don't stay out for long periods of time and make sure you drink plenty of fluids especially if you are doing a lot of heavy
